Pros:

Posizione favolosa, strategico per visitare anche a piedi i principali. A pochi metri dalla stazione di Rossio. Struttura pulita e confortevole. Camera piccola ma essenziale, con vista del Castello di Sao Jorge.

A experiência foi fabulosa! A localização do hotel é absolutamente fantástica, muito central e excelente para conhecer Lisboa a pé. O custo-benefício é insuperável, especialmente considerando a localização.

O atendimento merece um destaque especial. Como o acesso de carro até a porta do hotel não é tão fácil, ainda no Uber liguei avisando que estava chegando e pedi ajuda com as malas. Quando paramos próximo ao hotel, um funcionário veio prontamente ao nosso encontro e nos ajudou com toda a bagagem, sendo extremamente atencioso e disponível.

Além disso, ao perceberem que estávamos com muitas malas, tiveram a gentileza de nos oferecer um upgrade para um quarto maior, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais confortável.

O quarto era muito bom, confortável e extremamente limpo. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Foi uma estadia excelente do início ao fim: localização privilegiada, equipe muito atenciosa, limpeza, conforto e um custo-benefício difícil de superar em uma região tão central de Lisboa. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!
