Posizione perfetta, comoda per visitare la città a piedi e per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici (metro e stazione a due passi, comodissima anche per raggiungere Sintra).
Struttura nuova, camere ampie, ben arredate e pulitissime.
L'accoglienza fa la differenza: personale professionale, molto disponibile e che ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso. Assolutamente consigliato.
Greeting was amazing and staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms finished to a good standard. Decor was beautiful. Deserves to be rated higher - at least a 4 star.

The hotel was in a great central location, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and it made for a really enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.

O Hotel é bem localizado, limpo e o tamanho do quarto é satisfatório. O diferencial é o staff, todos os funcionários da recepção, limpeza etc, são extremamente atenciosos. Vale muito a pena. Qdo regressar em Lisboa, ficarei lá novamente.
