Customer service
Pros:

The staff in check in were absolutely wonderful - young gentlemen and lady. It was great to meet and chat with you both. 😊
Nice complimentary port and tart - Thank you.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been much better.
Also the Hotel Manager, who introduced himself to me as such, was aggressive in his tone towards me and seemed to forget that I was the customer.
A real shame as his staff who checked us in we great.

Top Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Rossio. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für europäische Verhältnisse recht klein. Die Fenster sind nicht komplett schalldicht. Wenn auf dem Rossio abends viel los ist, hört man das im Zimmer. Empfindliche Menschen könnten hier Schlafprobleme bekommen.

De ligging van het hotel is prima en personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

Onze douche stroomde over als je de straal op zijn hardste stand liet staan.

Het perfecte hotel voor een citytrip in Lissabon.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!!
Hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. Voor ons meer dan 3* waard.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in dit hotel en zouden het zeker opnieuw boeken!
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt met verschillende soorten brood, gebak, beleg, eitjes, wostjes, vers fruit, verse groentjes,yoghurt, lekker koffie en thee
Goede locatie: vlakbij een metrostation
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Zeer nette kamers die elke dag gepoetst werden
Zeer nette badkamer, dagelijks verse handdoeken

Cons:

De muren zijn niet superdik, wat soms wel wat geluidshinder gaf, maar dit is zeker geen reden om hier niet te verblijven.
Van buitenaf hadden we soms ook geluidsoverlast van een glascontainer die 's nachts werd leeggemaakt.

Lisbon in 2 days
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the room was larger than expected and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We received a welcome drink and tart on arrival whilst they checked us in.

Emplacement idéal pour un hôtel de qualité
Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans Lisbonne. Personnel agréable, literie confortable.
Petit déjeuner très complet et bon.
Bagages gardés le jour du départ

Cons:

Il manque peut-etre 20 cm à la chambre car le bout du lit est très proche du mur...
