Pros:

Для туристов хотела бы пояснить, что все отели Hilton кроме одного Hilton Gardenn Inn, находятся в парковой отдельной зоне, рядом еще отель Savitsky Plaza, они все расположены около Вечного Города. Это важный момент) когда в поиске отелей в Самарканде. Это минут 20-25 от площади Регистан и центра города. Поэтому выбирайте что больше вам приоритетнее) новые красивые отели без уличного шума как здесь ☝️ или нужно пройтись по всем городу и главное экскурсии ))) тогда в старые отели в городе ) нам было комфортно , т к был свой минивэн для поездок по городу ))) лобби и ресторан нашего отеля был очень приятный и вкусный 😊

Мне не понравилось, что в номерах отеля *замудреенная* система электричества, не могла пользоваться феном т к нужно отдельно как то подключать розетки, как результат - не смогла уложить волосы((((… потом система слива воды в душе недоработана - нашу душевую и весь санузел затопило водой, поскольку напор воды сильный, а слив не успевает ))) поэтому неприятно стоять в душе полной воды, что дверь боишься открыть… а когда открыла дверь душа, то вся вода просто вместе с дверью вылилась на весь пол… в общем, у нас был потоп, соседей снизу залили, почти всю ночь ходили техники к нам и уборщики, которые непонятно с одной шваброй без ведра, в течение часа собирали воду ((( хотела им объяснить что воду надо собирать в ведра тряпками))) но потом сил не было, т.к было уже почти 2 часа ночи когда они там все ходили… на мой запрос ресепшену можно ли переселиться в другой номер - нам было отказано ((( никто не извинился за такие неудобства((( более того, полагаю, что после предыдущих гостей душ никто не чистил и не убирал, раз уж причина затора была как засорился смыв ((( уборщицы должны такое сразу заметить если вода не стекает … в общем, просьба для администрации отеля - возьмите на контроль такие важные точки как душ и электричество!

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал , сервис в отеле и на затылках на 10 по 10 бальной шкале . Отель находится в кластере сетевых отелей , вид на воду . Управляющий уделяет внимание каждому гостю ! ❤️.

Overall, it was fine but definitely not worth the money
Pros:

The location is interesting, I would not say that I LIKED it, the idea is good, the way it all works there is poor.

Cons:

There is no official transfer around the complex, so we either had to walk (for 30 minutes to a restaurant across the channel) or call a taxi (and drivers sometimes don’t have change). Also it was unclear how to turn off the AC or some of the lights in our room, so we had to turn off everything with a master switch. This in turn turned off the sockets too, meaning no phone charging…

Pros:

Хороший отель с удобным расположением. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, персонал приветливый. Завтрак стандартный, но выбор блюд есть, всё вкусно и свежо. Большой плюс — собственный оздоровительный центр. Рекомендую!
