Pros:

Baran was excellent. The welcome was great. The small touches were lovely like personal notes made to us welcoming and when we left. A cake before we left was very touching. Giving us a takeaway lunch for checkout was so thoughtful.

Cons:

Breakfast service was little slow. There should be more international food options.

Esperienza meravigliosa.
Pros:

Il Meroddi Barnathan Hotel è in una posizione comodissima per visitare i luoghi più importanti di Istanbul e per rilassarti la sera rendendo il soggiorno ancora più romantico.
La zona è ricca di ristorantini e negozi tipici.
La sala colazione "Barnathan Garden" contribuisce a iniziare un´ ottima giornata e, contrariamente a qualche recensione letta, la proposta a buffet è molto varia e di ottima qualità, sia per il dolce che il salato.
La suite con vista città affaccia sulla Torre di Galata rendendo di sera l´atmosfera molto suggestiva.
Tutto è stato oltre le nostre aspettative: letto comodo, accappatoi morbidi, attenzione alla pulizia.
Il personale è disponibile e attento alla cura del cliente senza essere invadente.
Se dovessi ritornare a Istanbul sarebbe la mia scelta certa.

Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Hervorragendes und abwechslöungsreiches Frühstück , alles wird nachgelegt. Besonders zu empfehlen: der frische Obstsalat! Zahlreiche liebevolle Details zeigen, dass man sich hier wirklich um jeden Gast bemüht - zum Beispiel frische Blumen auf jedem Tisch, dezente Live-Musik. Das Service-Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Pros:

Siamo appena tornati da Istanbul e questo hotel è stata la ciliegina sulla torta . Personale gentile e sempre disponibile accoglienza al top con anche regalino di benvenuto . Durante il soggiorno c'è stato il compleanno della mia compagna e durante la colazione a sorpresa è arrivata una tortina di compleanno . Colazione al top con un ampia scelta dal dolce al salato . Posizione perfetta e stanza confortevole ,pulita con tutti i confort . Ci torneremo sicuramente ! Grazie allo staff del Barnathan !

Gute Lage und eine schöne Bar
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und zentral. Auch die Rooftop Bar sowie das Frühstückbuffet ist super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ringhörig und die Fenster können nicht ganz geschlossen werden. Zudem konnte ich die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten.
Das Personal ist teils unfreundlich.

Great honeymoon stay!
Pros:

We loved the hotel design and service. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast food was great. We went to the hotel bar on the rooftop and it had a great view, even if the food was overpriced. If you go, be sure to reserve a place by the balcony, which has better views. Also, we valued the fact that the room had free water.

It is our honeymoon and we were touched to receive a gift from the hotel guest relations, with a cake and wine. My hub had been having a bad day, getting sick from some food he ate, and it made both our days better to get this surprise. Thank you so much!

Cons:

It is up a substantial hill, so If you are not in the best shape or doesn't want to pay cabs to go up (the neighborhood also has traffic), it's better to stay somewhere else. Also, there is some noise at night, as the hotel is in the middle of a busy turístic area. But they provide earplugs, which helped a lot.

Estadía comoda
Pros:

Cercano a lugares de atracción, la habitación era muy cómoda, la atención de los recepcionistas, y agradecemos el obsequio que nos dejaron la ultima noche, todo esto hizo nuestra estadia muy grata.

Cons:

Principalmente decidimos quedarnos en este hotel por la vista (del Restaurant) que se mostraba en Booking. El segundo día el recepcionista nos dijo que podiamos ir a conocerlo para ver la vista, sin embargo, no nos dejaron pasar más allá de la puerta, la forma nos hizo sentir un poco incomodos. (Ya que en ninguna parte de la app dice que solo se puede apreciar la vista realizando “una reserva”).
Como era nuestra última noche y oportunidad de cenar ahí, consultamos al recepcionista que estaba esa noche y el chico muy amablemente consultó y dijo que si era posible asistir, quedamos muy agradecidos por su gestión.

Esperamos que solo haya sido un problema de mala comunicación con los chicos que estaban en la entrada del restaurante, sin embargo dejamos en claro que el staff que nos atendió en la noche, fue muy amable.

Soggiorna di fianco alla torre di Galata
Pros:

Posizionata vicino alla torre di Galata, dalla finestra di alcune camere si vede la torre,
in zona pedonale. Colazione a buffet molto varia nella veranda con pianoforte.
Presenta anche una terrazza panoramica all’ultimo piano, dove puoi consumare l’aperitivo oppure la cena.
