Great location and the food was okay. However, overall, the hotel need of renovation/modernization.
Pros:

What I liked about this hotel was its great location. We asked for rooms close to each other, but unfortunately, they were on completely different floors, so that was definitely a downside. The food in the restaurant was okay, and the breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

The biggest issue with this hotel was definitely the beds and pillows. Honestly, they felt like something from the 1980s. If you are going on vacation and expect to get a good night’s sleep at your hotel, this is definitely not the place for it. The sleeping comfort was terrible. The beds themselves were covered with sheets that seemed to hide how old and outdated they actually were. They reminded me of the kind of beds you would find at a summer camp back in the 1980s. The pillows were just as bad — so flat and worn out that you would probably need four of them under your head and still wouldn’t be comfortable. We asked reception for different pillows and they did provide them, but unfortunately, it didn’t make much of a difference. For a hotel, where a comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep should be one of the absolute basics, this was a very big disappointment and by far one of the biggest negatives of our stay.

Another major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bar area in the evening, or perhaps the air conditioning was simply turned off. It was very uncomfortable to sit there. I’m not sure if this was done to save money or for some other reason, but if there is an indoor bar area where guests are supposed to relax in the evening and air conditioning is available, it should be turned on. In the evening, you want to sit down, have a drink and relax, not feel uncomfortable because the room is too warm.

The layout of the hotel was also quite strange. It is a fairly large hotel, but everything seemed oddly arranged and not very convenient.

At check-in, we were given only one room key. When we checked out, we were told that we should have received two keys and were expected to return both, even though we had only been given one. The lady at reception was not very pleasant about it, despite the fact that this was clearly not our fault.

Pros:

Great location away from the centre and very close to Jaworzyna Krynicka. Good varied breakfast, lots of choice; haven't tried the restaurant for dinner because we wanted to try other places in town. Kids loved the pool although it seemed bigger in the photos. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean.

It was nice and good looking hotel, that started to save cents at the expense of quest comfort.
Pros:

Nice hotel overall. Very good breakfast, good room, nice view, clean room. Enjoyed our dinner at hotels restaurant.

Cons:

Pool and sauna area was not good. Ventilation and dehumidifying was completely off. So ceiling was covered with water, smell in spa area was not nice and clean. To solve ventilation issue they left open window and doors to outside, but that just created chilly unpleasant draft. While chilling in hammam felt water drops falling from ceiling. In shower room window was completely open. So I hope they fix this, because we chose this hotel for the pool time and left disappointed.

Other minor but annoying thing was shower head in our room. If was very small and barely functional. Unpleasant to take a shower with a broken shower head. And toilet seat does not fit the toilet. Otherwise bathroom was clean and beautiful.
