Pros:

The room itself was really nice, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view was lovely, and I especially liked the seat by the window, which became my favorite spot in the room. The location was also convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Dori.

Cons:

The main issue was the room temperature and the room transfer process. My first room was very warm despite the air conditioner being on, and I started getting a headache. When I requested to move, the process felt a bit uncoordinated. I had to bring all my luggage down, but the new room was actually on the same floor and was still being cleaned when I arrived. It also delayed my itinerary for the day. I also think elevator security could be improved, as it seemed accessible even without tapping a room keycard.

最高！さすが星野リゾートグループ！！
Pros:

スタッフさんが親切、とても感じがいい。
部屋が綺麗で秘密基地みたいでワクワクする。
10時から市場を散歩するアクティビティに参加した、試食もさせてもらえてガイドの方から沖縄の食文化について教えていただき、とても楽しかった。
OMOはコスパよく星野リゾートグループのホテルに泊まれて良い！

Cons:

お風呂場に鏡がない。
背の高い人はやぐらルームだと頭をぶつけそう。

樓中樓的上層真的太熱了！！！
Pros:

員工接待友善，願意解決問題；備品自取，也有館內免費的睡衣可以穿著；2樓提供飲水機。

Cons:

以星野集團的標準來說有點不符合期待，在熊本的OMO5有良好的經驗，但那霸的空調及整潔度讓人非常失望，如果是怕熱的人絕對不要選擇樓中樓的房型，冷氣必須開到19度，甚至要把電扇搬到樓上使用才有辦法入睡！而廁所及衛浴都會散發下水道的味道，樓梯間有毛髮、樓中樓下層的沙發及抱枕有濃重的皮脂味😓
