Pros:

Vi har nu varit på denna hotell 2 gånger och båda gångerna har en person som heter Tim välkomnat oss. Han har verkligen varit fantastisk båda gångerna och vi känner oss så fint mottagna av honom. Både jag och min partner berättade även detta för honom.

Frukosten var som vanligt fantastisk.

Vi älskar spa avdelningen, absolut att det kostar en del men det är absolut värt det. I Västerås finns det steam och där är det jämnt fulla människor, man kan inte slappna av. Tycker verkligen att ad Astra ska fortsätta bevara den fina kulturen.

Cons:

Gärna andra kuddar i rummet så man kan byta om höjden inte passar.

Middag, Spa, Frukost och Sängarna var super!
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost. Små detaljer för förbättring: Gången vid det varma är trång. Fler kaffeval än bara bryggkaffe.

Cons:

Ett av rummen var i minsta laget, särskilt då priset ej skilde mellan de båda.
