Good location. Close to everything. Rooms were very clean. Front desk clerk was very helpful. He took the initiative to help carry the suitcases up. Room was very clean.
No elevator. It was on the 3rd floor. Hard to carry suitcases up. It was on a busy street. The room needs a table and some chairs. No place to write. Menu prices were expensive. Easy enough to walk to neighboring restaurants.

El hotel es bonito, la habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda. Las instalaciones son limpias, es una buena opción para pasar la noche muy cerca del centro de Cuernavaca
La ubicación es muy buena. Sin embargo, al estar ubicado en una de las calles principales, el ruido del transito incomoda un poco, sobre todo en las noches. Las almohadas no permiten descansar, deberían cambiarlas
