Pros:

Nice and clean and good value rooms right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the zocalo. Parking was very close and felt secure. Was really nice and quiet despite being so central and surrounded by a lot of traffic.

Cons:

We booked an extra room which booking said was confirmed but when we arrived it wasn’t available however they were very nice and we got it the next night and they rearranged it so our rooms were next to each other.

Great location for Cuernavaca
Pros:

Location-- great access to museums, gardens, old churches, Plaza de Armas.
Staff helpfulness--I needed to keep a little food for special dietary needs in a frig, and they helped me with that. We asked for a second chair in our room, and we received two more, which helped.
Access-- to buses and taxis, restaurants
Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Cons:

I would have liked a larger table to spread out a little, and a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.
I recommend they increase the window covering with a second curtain to keep out the exterior light.

En general la habitación era bastante amplia y llsus camas son muy cómodas.

La regadera y su cortina de baño son el único inconveniente, creo que podrían mejorar ese punto y listo.

Pros:

Que tenía aire acondicionado silencioso

Cons:

La habitación pequeña con poca iluminación
El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio cierra a las 9pm y tuve que pagar por estacionarme en otro lugar.
Aunque se ve que lo remodelaron hay detalles en la regadera que podrían mejorar como el tubo y jabonera oxidada.
Sus desayunos regulares por el costo.
La casona es bonita, si le dieran un poco de mejoras al mobiliario de restaurante estaría mejor.
Los empleados muy amables.
