La ubicación es muy buena

No tiene estacionamiento y los de la recepción no son muy amables. La de la noche menos.

Pros:

Me encanto la atención del personal, siempre fueron muy amables y la ubicación sin duda es muy cómoda y céntrica. La habitación muy amplia y las amenidades son superiores a otros hoteles del mismo precio.

Cons:

Lo malo es que el cuarto se encuentra arriba del restaurante la parrilla y el trompo no se si es por que fue fin de semana pero hacen un tipo fiesta con música muy alta hasta la madrugada lo cual dificulta mucho dormir.

El aire acondicionado creo que no funcionaba muy bien, ya que no enfriaba lo suficiente si pase calor.

El estacionamiento está retirado y si llegas después de las 10 pm al estacionamiento, hay que pasar al hotel por el personal a que te habrán, pésima atención por parte de las personas de recepción, no dan los buenos días y son déspotas, me hospede el jueves a lunes y es fecha que no pueden resolver fecha de facturación, quedaron jueves por la tarde, viernes y así evaden su responsabilidad para facturar, lastima de personal
