Hotel vétuste
Pros:

L'emplacement dans Mérida, très central

Cons:

Séjour très décevant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

La chambre est vétuste et aurait clairement besoin d’être rénovée. À notre arrivée, elle sentait fortement l’eau de Javel, tout comme la piscine, dont l’odeur de chlore était particulièrement prononcée. La climatisation dégageait également une odeur désagréable rappelant les égouts.

Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes et les draps mériteraient d’être renouvelés. La douche est peu pratique, avec des jets qui partent dans différentes directions.

Enfin, l’eau de la piscine est tellement trouble qu’il est impossible de voir ses pieds, ce qui n’est pas rassurant. L’ascenseur est également extrêmement lent.

Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement manque clairement d’entretien et ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité attendu. Je n’y retournerai pas.

La ubicación: 3 min caminando al centro
Almohadas y camas cómodas

La ventana daba a un parque

Que el estacionamiento esta a 3 cuadras, pero es entendible porque esta kuy céntrico el hotel

La ubicación del hotel fue perfecta, el personal muy amable en todo momento, el café en la mañana y la alberca que más bien es un jacuzzi buenísimo

Estuve dos veces en el hotel en la primera todo perfecto en la segunda vez que estuvimos nos dieron una habitacion del lado de la calle que daba a la calle donde oímos musica toda la noche, unas ventanas completas con un buen vidrio de buen grosor para evitar los ruidos de la calle tan transitada, de ahí en fuera todo bien

La ubicación es buenísima! A una cuadra de la Catedral, y con muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. Lo mejor de Mérida se puede conocer a pie con esta opción. El personal del Hotel es muy amable.

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban sucias, habían cabellos y bolitas negras. El agua de la alberca estaba sucia, no es opción para meterse a refrescar.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, súper cómodo, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Se fue la luz un par de veces pero no tardó en restablecerse, cabe mencionarse que fue por razones ajenas al hotel, tema de cfe en la zona.
