Pros:

Mrs Lord and all the stuff were incredible. She was very kind all the time and shared the options around the hotel to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We had a very nice stay, we celebrated my husband's birthday with a BBQ in the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it is not a specific problem from this hotel. Is it all the hotels that I've been staying in during those years. The mattresses are very bad. I could sleep better on this one.

Overall good but I did like not being able to use the facilities.
Pros:

Overall everything was fine with some exceptions.

Cons:

The fact that guests were allowed to claim the pool and grilling area at 7 AM and left their belongings all over the tables and grilling area was unacceptable. This prevented me and others from enjoying the facility’s grilling and pool area. This should not be permitted. If you intend to use the area at that time, that’s fine, but if people are holding the area hostage all day so others can’t use it, that’s wrong. Everyone paid for the same facilities.

Perfect to travel with kids and the staff was helpful
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The size of the room. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The kitchenette was amazing, fully stocked and the fridge was clean.
