La atención del personal excelente, la comidad deliciosa

The location of the lagoon. The look and style of the hotel and the rooms. The food was actually really good (except for one meal where my partner got food poisoning) and the waiters were very friendly. Being able to use the multiple paddle boards and kayaks they have.
This is not an adult only hotel!!!! While we were laying in the lounge chairs by the pool, we noticed a family with two kids. Those kids were also using the paddle boards. I stopped by the front desk and I asked about this. I said why are there kids at this hotel? It’s clearly stated as an adult only hotel and that’s the main reason why we booked here. His response was it’s up to managements discretion. I said what does that mean those are not 18-year-old kids those are much younger. He said to me they’re 13. I said exactly in any country the adult age is 18. He said again, sir it’s up to the management’s discretion who stays here. Then on our final night, we were in the restaurant which there’s only one on the property because it’s a small hotel. And a couple came in with maybe a two-year-old and a nanny. The two year-old was free to roam around the restaurant between the tables while the nanny just followed behind, and the kid was making these loud yelling noises. Which made us want to leave the restaurant because it was so obnoxious. So we went straight to the front desk and complained. Her response was the restaurant is open to the public. I said what are you talking about? We’re an adult adults only hotel and there’s only one restaurant here and nowhere on Booking.com does it say the restaurant is open to the public. Also, the lounge chairs by the pool. You cannot raise the back of it. You have to lay completely flat on your back. I’ve never seen chairs like this at a resort hotel before even a boutique hotel ever. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to stare at the sky the entire time I’m outside by the pool and lagoon when I have a beautiful view in front of me. So I would never stay at this hotel again for these reasons even though it is a pretty hotel in a great location it’s too bad. The other thing that upset us was my partner got food poisoning at lunch. Needless to say her entire night and the next day were ruined from it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amainah. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers some of the most beautiful views of the lagoon, perfectly showcasing its natural beauty and vibrant colors. Our room had a front facing view of the lagoon, and it was absolutely breathtaking. It was spacious, spotless, and had a pleasant natural wood scent that made it feel warm and inviting. The restaurant staff were exceptional. Jonathan and Jovanni were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their service was outstanding, and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend Hotel Amainah to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views and outstanding hospitality.
ESPECTACULAR. Contrate mi estancia la noche antes al haberse suspendido todos los tours acuáticos en holbox, lo cual me obligó a reorganizar mi viaje. Y, aunque me gusta organizar mis viajes con mucha antelación y estudio previo. No tuve más remedio que hacer un estudio rápido de todos los hoteles de la zona y la conclusión fue que Amaináh podía ser la mejor opción. Para saber si el hotel podía organizarme la excursión en barco les llame directamente por teléfono la noche anterior y me atendió el señor Jesús, gracias al cuál pude resolver todas mis dudas y reservar mi excursión, por su exquisita atención, quiero mencionarlo aquí.
Este pequeño hotel que yo calificaría como boutique, es el típico que produce un efecto wow y que siempre recordarás. Su ubicación sobre el cenote cocalitos es impresionante. El edificio tiene una arquitectura muy moderna y bien estructurada. Las habitaciones están genial con unas camas comodísimas, nevera y unas vistas espectaculares.
La pequeña piscina está muy bien ubicada junto al bar y cerca del pantalán que da acceso para bañarse en el lago. Además tienen kayaks que te dejarán cuando tú quieras sin ningún costo. La atención del personal es increíblemente amable.
Y ya la guinda del pastel es el restaurante Vícaro, dónde la tensión es exquisita y la comida todavía más. Si bien el desayuno no está incluido. Tampoco es muy caro. Y más si tienes el descuento del 15% por reservar a través de booking. La única pena es que solo nos quedamos una noche.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel con ristorante e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La prima cosa che colpisce è la pulizia impeccabile: ogni ambiente, dalle camere alle aree comuni, è curato nei minimi dettagli e trasmette immediatamente una sensazione di ordine e freschezza.
La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta sia per chi vuole rilassarsi sia per chi desidera esplorare i dintorni senza difficoltà. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort, con una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli che fa davvero la differenza e con una vista mozzafiato
Un plauso speciale va allo staff: professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile, capace di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. Anche il ristorante merita una menzione, con piatti di ottima qualità e un servizio attento e puntuale.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort, della qualità e dell’ospitalità.

Nos tocó que fueran a tomar fotos de promociones, por lo que le daban más atención a esas personas, nuestra comida tardó demasiado, nos pidieron que nos moviéramos de mesas y camastro…
No tienen spa, contratan los masajes por aparte.
Hay cafetera en el cuarto pero te cobran las cápsulas de café por aparte.

El hotel es nuevo y tiene un concepto agradable con acceso directo a la laguna. El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitacion fue entregada muy limpia y agradecemos mucho haber tenido cafe y agua. Nos ayudaron a conseguir un tour ese mismo dia y hasta a llevar comida que nos prepararon en el restaurante del hotel
