Pros:

The location is good. The hotel building has several cafes not necessarilyaffiliatedto the hotel, a decent courtyard with kids playground and tennis play and pool. Good underground parking . Many lifts.

Cons:

The toilets are very outdated no matter how you clean them they still look unappealing. The sofas are heavily used that they are discolored. The hotel is not spending on refurbishment to look fresh which makes airbnb apartments more appealing than hotel serviced apartment. There is a menu for room service but excluding breakfast. The building upkeeping it self is not clear whether it belongs to the hotel or not bcuz its not clean outside the hotel corridors

كل شي فيه طيب ماعدا الجيم

فندق نظيف ومرتب والموظفين متعاونين واسعاره طيبه

Cons:

هذا الفندق اسكن فيه من 4 سنوات ولين الحين مافتحوا فيه الجيم ، هل يعقل فندق 5 نجوم بدون جيم ، يعني لازم تطلع بسيارتك وتروح تشترك في جيم في منطقة السعادة

المكان نظيف ومريح والتلفزيون في قنوات كثيره واشبك عاليوتيوب دايما السي الاخر دورات المياه اضائتها ممتازه ونظيفه المكان فيه كوايه لكوي الملابس وفيه بلكونه تطل على الحديقه الخارجيه والحديقه الخارجيه فيها مسبح والعاب اطفال وملعب تنس وطاولات لجلوس العائلات كانت بشكل يومي يجلسون فيه العوائل ،الفندق حواليه محلات وبقاله ومغسله ملابس قريبه منه ومجمعات تجاريه قريبه منه ومطاعم وداخل الفندق فيه مطاعم لها باب من الخارج ومن داخل الحديقه الداخليه للفندق وكافيهات ، الاطفال عندي كسرو قفل الحمايه للباب وكلمت الريسبشن وجو هم صلحوه ولاخذو مني اي شي ، ابلغت الريسبشن الشخص المصري ان التلفون متعطل فقال لي اغيرلك الغرفه وفعلا قام بتغيير الغرفه لي جزاه الله خير بغرفه افضل . كلمتهم يوم الاربعاء اني ابي اغسل الملابس خلصوها بنفس اليوم .
المطعم اكله مناسب ومعقول . كانت اقامه رائعه

الشقه لايوجد فيه غساله ، يوم الجمعه المغسله التابعه للفندق مسكره !!! هذي مش وزاره تسكر يوم الجمعه هذا فندق خدمي يخدم ساكنين الفندق باي وقت يعني باي وقت اطلب المغسله ولا الهاوس كيبنغ ولا المطعم ماعجبني لما المغسله ( اللاندري ) يوم الجمعه بالكامل مسكره والملابس بقيت يوم وصخه وخصوصا ملابس الاطفال لازم يعدلون هذي الملاحظه ( المغسله ) !!! حصلت حجز الفندق في بوكينج ٢٣٠٠ ريالقطري ولما كلمت الفندق اني ابي احجز عن طريقهم الا كلمني شخص باكستاني يقول اليوم ٧٠ ريال عماني ومن بكره ١٥٠ ريال عماني يعني في خلال ٥ ايام تكون الفاتوره ٥٠٠٠ ريال قطري !!!!! فحجزت من البوكينج ٢٣٠٠ ريال قطري .
