Great for a short stay
Pros:

Beautiful and Amazing location. Super comfortable bed, also had ac! Just what we needed for a one night stay.

Cons:

Quite small and quaint but nothing to really complain about

Pros:

The staff were really friendly. Great location in between 2 metro stations. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was very small for 2 adults and a child of 9 years old. There was no room for the two suitcases we had. Great difficulty in moving inside the room.
No elevator- should have been mentioned on booking.
The room was not being cleaned during our stay, only the bed was made and new towels were provided every day upon our request.

Clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable with very average softness. The aircon worked great.

Position and orientation of the bed relative to the aircon (cold air blew on my face so I had to be creative)

Great room and location, tired looking hallways
Pros:

The location was great, very close to tube and shops. The bed was really comfortable, the room was very clean and well laid out and the air con was really effective in the bedrooms which was a relief in the 30plus degrees heat.

Cons:

The hallways were extremely tired looking. I was worried that the room would be awful based on the state of the communal areas but the room was actually very nice.

Good location for tube into Central London and walking distance to Notting Hill area.

Cons:

Room were decorated beautifully but quite compact. Also hallways need a bit of updating as a little tired looking.

Pros:

Staff was helpful, room was very clean and comfortable but small for a family of four. Location is excellent, closed to train stations, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, pokój był czysty a łóżka wygodne. Lokalizacja top, do parku czy Notthing Hill blisko. Nie ma tylko windy a my akurat spaliśmy na ostatnim piętrze. Na szczęście wózek dla dziecka mogliśmy zostawić w korytarzu przy recepcji.
