Excellent value and great location.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night and we were mainly sightseeing so not in the room much at all. We really just needed to sleep and shower and it was perfect for what we needed and such a reasonable price. Location was fantastic, so close to two tube stations on different lines so gave options for getting around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Pros:

Location was amazing, so central to everything, perfect for a base. Staff were so friendly & welcoming.

Cons:

The only criticism we have is our room was right next door to the staff room which was also the laundry. This made it a bit noisy but nothing major.

Clean friendly and well located. Good value for money
Pros:

Good location, room very tastefully refurbished

Cons:

No elevator with very narrow stairs so getting all the way to top floor isn’t easy. Staff did however offer to assist. Also single room is not big enough to access or store a large suitcase

Very nice and clean hotel. Had polite and clear speaking staff.
Pros:

Bathroom was very clean and nice to use. Light switches were nice to click. Cupboard with lots of room. Wifi and hairdryer included.

Cons:

Changing shower temperature or pressure was not super easy as it was made with metal and had no rubber for grip. The TV was okay but was bit slow and didn't respond when typing, yet it is still useable.
