I would not consider this good value for money and would not choose to stay here again.
Cons:

Very Disappointing – Poor Value for Money

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing, and the hotel was extremely poor value for money.

The room was far too small, with barely enough space to stand, let alone sit comfortably. There was a folding chair and a tiny table, which was already occupied by a kettle, leaving nowhere to sit and enjoy a simple cup of coffee.

The bathroom was not clean, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray everywhere. The stairs were very narrow, and there was no lift, making access inconvenient. Even more concerning, the entrance door did not appear to lock securely, and a broken glass panel had been covered with cardboard, which gave the property a neglected and unsafe impression.

The advertised price was £300, reduced to £200 through a booking discount. Even at £200, I felt the accommodation was nowhere near worth the price. In my opinion, it would be difficult to justify paying more than £100 for this standard of room and facilities.

Overall, the condition of the room, lack of basic comfort, cleanliness issues, and apparent maintenance and security concerns made this a very disappointing experience. I would not consider this good value for money and would not choose to stay here again.

Close to train station and food places.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were very very small and there was no elevator (I believe elevators aren't a thing in London). Also, there is construction at the front of the property that was not disclosed, constant noise and knocking especially in the early morning. The carpet throughout could use a good cleaning or replacement.

this was nothing like the photos or reviews on the site. No one on reception, main door open, room in the basement, no way this was worth the full price at £200 as it wasn't worth the £127

Ideal location. Stylish clean rooms. Good size with all amenities.

Good location. Modern and newly decorated rooms. Friendly front desk staff.
The room was well laid out and had everything you need including well stocked tea and coffee, luxury shampoo and conditioner and fluffy towels!

Cons:

I was put off when I first arrived as there was building work outside and a panel of the front door was smashed. They were also still cleaning rooms and there was washing and vacuums around. I didn’t need to be worried though as this was not a reflection of the hotel itself which is clean, modern and ideally located. Although first impressions count I should judge a book by its cover!
