Great location, 2 mins walk to Bayswater Tube. Clean & quiet hotel.
Pros:

Very good value in a great location. Excellent proximity to Bayswater underground (2mins walk) and Kensington Gardens (5mins walk). Very quiet & clean hotel. (It’s a room only hotel with tiny reception which is open 24hrs). Plenty of local cafe options for breakfast. If you intend on being out sightseeing all day & you’re just looking for a clean bed & bathroom, this is for you ! Would stay here again.

Cons:

Limited luggage storage.

Great stay, great location, and great transport links
Pros:

I had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I really like the decor of the room. Lovely shower and great tv. The bed was extremely comfortable. And an amazing location, just behind the main road, and near Hyde Park and great transport links!

Cons:

I think the hotel was great. The only thing that would have been better is that we were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. So it was a long walk up, but I don't have anymore complaints. Great stay!

Great location
Pros:

Great location, a short walk to Bayswater & Queensway tube stations. Great variety of shops on the next street & a short walk to Hyde Park. We were in room 302 on the top floor (at my request). Very comfortable bed. Window opens (not always the case). Great air conditioning which was very much needed! Friendly staff on the check in desk. I really like the Bayswater area as it felt safe.

Cons:

Room was very small with limited space which I already knew due to previous comments, bathroom also very small. TV wouldn't work and when I looked behind the TV the electrics were very dodgy! There was quite a bit of noise at another property close by one night which was a tad annoying. Stairs are steep to the rooms which may be an issue for some. Housekeeping was ok. Probably wouldn't stay again
