The location is great, not far from Marylebone and Paddington stations, and really close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as lots of restaurants down the road. The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was very clean. A good base for a weekend in London.
The room was smaller than I had expected it to be. We had booked a deluxe double room, but having looked again, think almost every room is described as being deluxe?!
We were up on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so lots of stairs which after a hot day of walking around London was fun! Something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Very lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area lovely area! Very stylish rooms, extremely friendly staff on reception. Facilities in the room were fantastic including a large smart tv.
Room could have been bigger but for the price it was very much worth it. When leaving luggage at reception to come collect later that day it was just left in the hall way of the hotel, maybe could be put behind reception to stop any risk of items being taken.
