Good location and nice hotel
Pros:

The location was great, with a short drive to the lakes and the health club was a lovely extra after a day of walking.

Cons:

The room felt tired and had rips in the wallpaper. The hot breakfast included was ok although the first day it was hard/overcooked.

Enjoyed the hotel and spa , food wasn’t worth the money , staff weren’t friendly

We didn’t think the staff were very pleasant.
Breakfast the full English breakfast cooked wasn’t good .
The food was burnt but we got are money back .

Short staffed. Room wasn't cleaned as the previous guests had left drugs in one of the draws. Horrific when travelling with a 9 yesr old.
Breakfast was a 40 minute wait. No fruit yoghurt or milk. Like I said very understaffed for the amount of booking plus servicing drinks and food to half of the lake who wasn't guest at the hotel.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Excellent room, very nicely decorated and comfortable bed.
Breakfast and evening meal were delicious.
Thermal spa journey was excellent.

Beautiful location, food was lovely and the staff were all lovely.

Cons:

The only thing was when running a bath, a lot of muck/dirt came from the plug and we had to clean it ourselves to stop it from entering the bath water
