Pros:

Everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfy. We had coffee machine in the room. Breakfast had plenty of options and each & every item was delicious. Staff were very helpful. We had fresh drinking water filter on every floor. The cafe and bistro downstairs gave us 10% discount as well. The hotel booked a taxi for us for airport transfer which was on time.

The hotel's location, the breakfast, the pleasant rooms, and the exceptional service.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to get around. The view from my room encompassed the entire central area; right in front of me, I could see the main buildings surrounding Skanderbeg Square, the Pyramid, and the magnificent mosque. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The service is exceptional—the reception staff are very kind, and the housekeeping staff are welcoming. The hotel provided great solutions for our group: we had a family room that accommodated four of us, plus four double rooms, giving us a shared space to gather in the family room’s living area, as well as private space for everyone. Everything was wonderful.

Great Location and Views, but Room for Improvement
Pros:

Excellent location and wonderful views. The two-bedroom suite/apartment is ideal for families. Breakfast was quite good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, several things fell short of expectations:

* Some remote controls were faulty or had no batteries.
* Several electrical sockets, including those under both desks, were not working.
* The breakfast area had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke due to inadequate separation and ventilation from the smoking terrace. Having breakfast in these conditions was truly unpleasant.
* The quality and smell of the soap and shower gel were very poor.
* Both showers had drainage issues, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
* One bathroom had a persistent unpleasant sewage smell, possibly due to inadequate ventilation or a problem with the drain.
