The reception staff speak English and the young man was very kind and friendly. We liked the decor of the hotel, location and breakfast

Cons:

The cleaning ladies on the 3rd floor didn't speak a word of English. Had to ask for top ups in the mornings for water, tea coffee etc from them, little more customer service would be nice for guests that don't speak Turkish.

A bright spot in Konya
Pros:

The colourful and creative decor was delightful. We enjoyed coming back to a bright cheerful hotel each day. The location was perfect enabling easy exploration on foot. The Sifa regional cuisine restaurant 2 doors down became our regular.

Cons:

While the 5th floor cafe had exceptional views - especially at night, the smokey atmosphere even indoors meant I spent no time there. We didn't use the laundry as it was much more costly than anywhere else we've stayed in Turkiye.

Perfekte Lage. Obwohl an einer frequentierten Strasse gelegen, war das Zimmer recht ruhig und Schlafen war gut möglich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischem Obst. Angenehmer Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder!

Pros:

The hotel is a real museum! Each floor is dedicated to a different landmark. It's very interesting!

The staff are friendly and helpful! They never refused our requests. We felt cared for!

Cons:

There was no internet for 24 hours. I understand that this is not the hotel's problem, but rather the area where we were staying.
And it would have been nice if our room had been cleaned during our 2-day stay. Other than that, we liked everything!
