Love the little neighborhood & am repeat guest
Pros:

Likes: wonderful location in Mueller! Close to UT Austin and many eateries & small shoppes
Comfortable bed
Clean room
Cute outside deck
Easy self parking across the street

Cons:

Dislikes: staff not very friendly
They don’t clean room, replace towels, remove garbage unless you ASK them
Blue Lacy restaurant overpriced and very small menu
Water pressure at sink & shower low
I’m a repeat guest - wish they’d treat me like one

Amazing location very nice lobby friendly staff
Pros:

The front desk was very accommodating and held our bags for us prior to check in so we could go explore. They also held our bag after check out until we were ready to leave Austin .

The bunk bed room was so spacious.

Cons:

The bath room door was a sliding bars door style which was cute but not practical did not seal very well so with serval people in the room. You could hear everything and the angle of mirror to door the gap was large enough to see someone changing.

Świetne miejsce wypadowe w ATX
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny, nowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Tuż obok pub, restauracje, kawiarnie i park. Pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżko, czysto. Widok z okna na zacienione patio, co sprawia, że w pokoju panuje półmrok - to akurat nie przeszkadza przy panujących w ATX temperaturach.

Cons:

Brakowało miejsca w pokoju na odwieszanie ubrań i ręczników. W szafie są oczywiście wieszaki, ale przydałyby się dodatkowe kołki w pokoju. W łazience tylko jeden kołek na ręcznik i prośba, aby nie wieszać rzeczy na drzwiach od prysznica.
Należy upewnić się na recepcji, czy zostało się wymeldowanym. Obsługa pomimo zdania karty do pokoju nie wymeldowała nas, w związku z czym opłaciliśmy niepotrzebnie jeden dodatkowy dzień za parking.

Nice hotel
Pros:

We were in town only for one night to pick up our daughter from UT Austin. The lobby was chic, and had a good vibe. Rooms were a lil small, water pressure was great, and my wife was very happy that they had a Nespresso machine in the room. The area seemed very nice, and if we had more time, we would have explored it. The only downer is that walls were thin, and we could hear noises including a crying baby at 4 in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if prices were still reasonable.

Pros:

Clean, new with a great little gym. Location was great for a wedding at Barr Manor. Staff was phenomenal! Ryan in particular was incredibly helpful.

Pros:

Awesome location and also amazing room. Great view of everything. Staff was very helpful and accommodated us in whatever we needed. Can't wait to stay again

Good but not great
Pros:

Just spent the night. Hotel has a very attractive modern vibe. Bathroom was nice. Bed was uncomfortable and I needed an extra blanket and there wasn't one. Coffee maker was nice but the coffee amenities had not been attended to properly after the previous guest. I would stay there again because it's convenient but I wish it had been better.

Rude, ignorant woman at front desk - unhelpful, uncaring & indifferent to my complaint
Housekeeping doesn’t she up! I stated there 3 nights and had to request twice (front desk & housekeeping staff in hallway) for my room to be cleaned: empty trash, remove dirty towels, replace with ample supply of clean towels & washcloths, tidy room, make bed….
Completely lazy & clueless.
Unacceptable given how often I stay there!!
