What a gem! We absolutely loved our experience at Azade!
Pros:

The service was exceptional! Our room was exceptional and the view was amazing! Super clean, spacious and beautiful! Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!!

Lovely property, only outshown by the wonderful staff
Pros:

Lovely restoration of historic building in a central yet quieter part of the old town, literally two blocks from the water and walking distance to everything. Beautiful, modern amenities met every need and extremely spacious rooms — we rented two and they each had two bathrooms! — were an unexpected luxury. The pictures online don’t do justice to the excellent breakfast that’s included, and Xanthos and Artemis were superb hosts who steered us in all the right “insider” directions, both in Chania and across other locations in Crete (beaches, gorges, restaurants, etc). Absolutely a highlight of our 13 day trip on the island!

Stunning property with amazing staff

The friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever encountered. They made us feel so welcome. It is a stunning building and is perfectly situated. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Chania Old Town.

Hôtel charmant avec personnel accueillant et serviable
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, déjeuner copieux et délicieux, personnel très sympathique qui offre une expérience personnalisée

Cons:

Absence de stationnement pour l’hôtel et changement de règlement de dernière minute par la ville pour stationner à proximité.

L’hôtel n’est pas accessible en voiture donc important à garder en tête pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou si vous avez beaucoup de bagages.

Das frühstück war ühsam: alles einzeln bestellen, keine Aufmerksamkeit, langsam nur drei sitzplätze draussen - omelette immer fettig... mini auswahl Cafe wässrig

das ist kein Hotel - eher Appartementhouse - mühsam alles zu fuß keine Anfahrtmöglichkeit - generell: Kein Zimmerservice, keine Baar, kein Wein abends nichts - sicher keine 5 Sterne aus meiner Sicht max. 3

Un séjour comme on en rêve
Pros:

Un hôtel refait à neuf magnifique avec tout le confort possible, le personnel toujours à l’écoute et prêt à rendre service. Une magnifique terrasse avec douche. Une chambre très grande avec une excellente literie. Réuni le challenge d’être dans la ville mais au calme
