The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great, a few minutes scenic drive to Budva. The staff are all lovely and very helpful from check in to the day we left. We had a couple of issues at check in- the electronic keys didn't work and one of the rooms' aircon malfunctioned, but they sorted both out straight away.
The breakfast was good, but could be improved by having a different hot menu each day. But my sons loved the pancakes! It would also be nice if the coffee was made from beans rather than from instant coffee in a machine. Same with the juice, it would have been better if they were freshly squeezed from actual oranges or apples.

A nice, smaller hotel located just outside Budva, approximately 10 minutes by car from the city centre. It is conveniently close to Budva, but not within walking distance for those who want to explore the centre regularly. If you plan to visit Budva every day, you should be prepared to use your own vehicle or a taxi. Keep in mind that finding parking in Budva can be quite challenging, so using taxis may often be the more convenient option. If staying within walking distance of the centre is important to you, choosing a hotel directly in Budva might be a better option.
The hotel itself is small, tastefully decorated and generally well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but functional, with modern furnishings and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sound insulation was good, and both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. However, complimentary bottled water would also have been appreciated.
One of the less convenient aspects is the parking. The hotel has its own underground garage, but the available space is quite limited. Manoeuvring can be difficult, especially with larger vehicles. Cars are sometimes parked one behind another, meaning that guests may block each other in and need to move vehicles when someone wants to leave. The reception staff ask guests to leave their car keys so they can move vehicles when necessary. Personally, I am not comfortable leaving my vehicle keys with someone else, so this arrangement was not ideal for me.
Another point worth mentioning is the hotel's immediate surroundings. The property is situated in a hilly area undergoing considerable construction and development. Unfortunately, this means that the views from the balcony are not particularly attractive, with construction sites dominating the surroundings. Guests should also be prepared for construction noise in the morning, including excavators, machinery and general building activity.
- The hotel is located outside Budva city centre, so a car or taxi is needed for regular visits to the centre.
- The underground garage is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in, especially with larger vehicles.
- Cars are sometimes parked one behind another, requiring guests to leave their keys at reception so staff can move vehicles when necessary.
- The surrounding area is undergoing construction, resulting in construction noise during the morning.
- The views from the balcony are not particularly attractive due to the nearby construction sites.
- The selection of sweet breakfast items and fresh fruit could be improved.
- The coffee offered at the breakfast buffet was very poor.
- Complimentary bottled water in the room would be a welcome addition.

The place is very clean and modern. The staff all were very nice. Great to have a parking garage, especially with a storm outside. Breakfast was fantastic, with much selection and the buffet items were actually warmed properly, unlike many hotels where the food is cold by the time you eat it. Nice pool and nice to have a balcony to sit in. The price was fair.
I didn't realize the location was so far from the beach and town. Many other nearby hotels crowd out any view of the sea.

Une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, propreté limite (poils, sol légèrement sale), drap avec des tâches. Nous avons demandés à nettoyer notre chambre: ils ont seulement refait les lits (sans changer les draps) et changer les serviettes de toilette. Mais pas passer le balais, ni serpiller.

Very noisy: 1) ongoing construction nearby, so there is noise all day long; 2) external AC unit next to rooms x03 is very loud.
Przepyszne śniadanie, łóżko wygodne, zadaszony parking w bryle budynku, pokój przestronny, czysty. Widok z 5 piętra bardzo fajny, ale z niższych pięter może być różnie, wokół powstało dużo bloków i hoteli.

Basen działał, ale woda była zimna, znajduje się on na poziomie 0, więc nie ma z niego widoków.
The 2 bedrooms apartment is a good and spacious. while room size relatively small but there was huge balcony with a wonderful Jacozy on in it.
kitchen equipment are incomplete.
service is good to. staff are good and nice but there are communication issue as half of them speak no English at all.
the hotel relativity located out of Budva center and you need car to get there or 1 hour walk but. still accessible to a nice beach with 7 minutes walk only.
