The hotel's staff are all very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The price is also very affordable for the room I got. It's quite spacious and the city view is lovely. The hotel's location is also very convenient, there are lots of places that I can visit in the area and is also very easy for me to go and grab a meal.
The pillar in the middle of the room can feel a bit off but I don't really mind it.
I really enjoyed my stay at The ONRA Hotel, the staff was always smiling and attentive to my needs and my the food was exceptional!
There's not much to comment because everything was nice and my experience was nice!
I love that Onra is located right in the middle of Phnom Penh ans near Toul sleng. I can walk there in under 5 minutes and spend the rest of my day exploring BKK area which has been so pleasant.

The rooftop pool was clean, relaxing, and offered great views of the whole city. The food was also very good, with a nice breakfast selection and tasty Khmer meals throughout my stay. Highly recommended
I really like the friendly staff and service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well design. For the location is in the middle the city, making me easy to get around the city.
I didn’t have anything major that I disliked. The only small issue was a bit of noise from nearby at times. Overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much, just a minor discomfort.
The food there was amazing. The location was great since it located in the middle of Phnom Phenh. Many tourist spot neary by. The view and room was spectacular! Definitely, gonna come back.

The hotel is located opposite an open-air bar and club. It is impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the party atmosphere noise from this venue well into the early hours of the morning. This makes it extremely difficult to rate the hotel higher.
Unfriendly staff.
Very clean and comfortable rooms, a small but nice pool. And great food from the restaurant or poolbar. Russian market and horrible S21 prison are close by.
Location is not very close to the center near the palace.
