مكان رائع انصح فيه جدا
Pros:

الموقع جميل جدا وامان وقريب من كل شي وتعامل الموظفين جميل جدا وافطار رائع جدا. ونظافة المكان والغرف والاهتمام. واخذوا تأمين وبعد المغادره تم ارجاعه الى بطاقتي خلال اسبوع من المغادره وشكرا لهم .

All is good
Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to Taksim and within walking distance of Istiklal Street. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would recommend that families traveling with children bring a stroller, as it makes getting around much easier. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Hamza and the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service.

The water they give each day. Surprised we were not charged for it

The staff are very rude except usman who took his time and listened to us.
They are scammers who took money from
Us when we checked in. 600euro for them not having the correct ages. I had this confirmed with booking.com but they still took money. I asked to talk to manager but this person never existed.
Very rude staff. They do nothing for free. They took our bags and did not bring them to the lobby we had to look for them when the taxi came.
Do not book this hotel. All lady boys and erotic shops downstairs, men dressed as women and prostitutes along the side walk.

الخدمات اللي قريبه من المبنى.

Cons:

تعامل الإداره مع الزبائن غير جيد . لا يوجد إستقبال مع موظفين فقط شخص 1 وعليه زحمة . الإنتظار في الشارع لحين يأتي دورك. مكان الإستقبال غير مريح تحت المصعد وضيق. إجبار الزبون على دفع مبلغ التأمين بااليورو كاش أو عدم إدخاله للسكن. في حالة لم يتم إعلامهم بعدد الأشخاص القادمون في الحجز بنفس العدد الحاجز سيتم دفع 40 يورو لكل شخص إضافي حتى إذا كان عدد الغرف متساوي مع الضيوف . الموقع جدا مزعج كونه على شارع حيوي خصوصا بعد منتصف الليل ضجيج صاخب. لا يوجد رقابه على الأشخاص اللذين يوصلون الطعام ( سهولة الدخول و إستخدام المصعد للمبنى ). الإنترنت غير جيد ضعيف جدا يكاد أن يكون معدوم. إفطار البوفيه كان من ضمن السعر ( عادي جدا وبسيط ليس كما يروج له في الصور وأي شي تطلبه إضافيا لابد أن تدفع له بااليورو !!!!! ) .لا يمكن الوصول لأي شخص في الإداره فقط عن طريق الإستقبال. الماء والكهرباء تنقطع من وقت لآخر أيضا. لا أنصح به خصوصا للعوائل.

I strongly not recommend it to anybody.

الفندق جميل ودايم اسكن فيه ولكن تعامل موظفين الاستقبال لم يكن جيد وحاول الموظف العؤبي الأشقر ان يعطيني شقة صغيرة غير اللي طلبتها وعندما سألته قال لي ليش ماتحجز عن طريقنا افضل، كذلك الموظف التركي بيتكلم عربي عرفت انه من ماردين حاولت الحصول على اسمه كان ناوي ياخذ من التأمين 40 يورو يقول تأخرتوا نصف ساعة وطالته ببنود العقد وغير الموضوع ورد لي تأميني، بصراحة الفندق تغير مع الموظفبن الجدد ماعدا الموظف التركي بيتكلم انجليزي كان محترم جدا
