This hotel was like a rated x film making place. No noise proof and front desk didn't answer my call asking calm night. Paid appx 200bucks for a room where I could't sleep at all.

Great but one problem
Pros:

The location was perfect next to the mall and near eating spots. Facility was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Fourth floor noise all day and night...stomping, running just being loud. Was asked if kids were above us told by staff that it was a cleaning machine that was very loud. If in fact it was a cleaning machine it should not be ran all night and day, having a good nights sleep and resting during the stay was greatly needed.

Great staff! Excellent customer service! Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

That you had to pay for parking. On the Booking.com sight it said parking was included in the price. The fee was waived for us.

The stay was unacceptable due to no water while taking a shower. Which I will never stay at your establishment again. T

The fact that we could’ve been told about your water issue while we were checking in. We could’ve have went somewhere else.

I wish we were able to get a better experience overall.
Pros:

This property was pretty aesthetically pleasing. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Although in a pretty busy area, you can walk to shopping, dining effortlessly.

Cons:

We could hear every step, stomp, drop, etc. of guests above us (5th floor) and unfortunately into the night and after 11pm into midnight disrupting our sleep and we were checking out the next morning.

Cons:

The hotel was nice overall, but the smell in the lobby was very unpleasant. It created a bad first impression and made the entrance feel less clean and welcoming. I hope management addresses the odor because it takes away from an otherwise decent stay.

While it was convient it sucked not having a TV.
Pros:

It is in a good location.

Cons:

I drove over 2 hours to get to the property. When I got the hotel I was looking forward to relaxing but the TV was know working and the attendant working admitted that it was know before hand. So no tv for us.
