Historical guesthouse tucked in a artsy neighborhood
Pros:

Everything! Location is in a quiet neighborhood in Beyoğlu. Metro and tramway access are both 5 mins walk. The streets are full of artists workshops and atelier. Lot’s of vintage shops, excellent cafes and restaurants. So much of charm 😍

Scammed by their airport transfer
Pros:

Location was central and rooms are fine

Cons:

We booked their airport transfer service which they charge €50 for, so we paid them upfront as they asked. When the taxi got us to the airport he locked the doors and would not allow us to leave the taxi until we paid him the equivalent of €56. We asked him to call the accomodation but he wouldn't, when we got in to the airport and could use the wifi we called them and asked them for a refund of one of the fees paid. We asked if they could cancel our booking as it was €57 and the taxi was €56 but they said they couldn't as we paid booking.com and not them. We provided our bank details and they said they would send the money. This is 10 days ago and more than 8 working days (Aug 24th, today is Sept 2nd) so we waited to see if the money would be transferred but it is now clear they have not, so we feel we must share our bad experience. If they provide a refund we will adjust our review accordingly. AVOID, SCAM.

La grande chambre avec le coin salon, la vue de la terrasse, bon emplacement dans un quartier animé, rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

La chambre était sombre, et l’accueil pas très chaleureux.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was very good, and the staff were all very friendly. The building design was unique and the rooftop seating area had lovely views.

Cons:

We stayed for 10 days and our room didn't seem to get any sort of cleaning. Someone would still come in to take out our bins so I'm not sure if this was explained when we booked. Also some of the plug sockets were loose on the walls, and some of the lamps didn't work.

Excellent
Pros:

The place is in a perfect location, close to everything, making it very convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but I would especially like to thank Mohamed. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. His professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

В целом все понравилось. Отличное расположение, хороший размер номера, тихо, идеально чистое белье.

Cons:

Немного уставший номер. Не работал кран в зоне кухни и так кое-что по мелочи.

Top location and super nice rooms
Pros:

Large rooms, bathrooms are super nice, there’s also a common area with kitchen, amazing terrace with top view. Staff is super friendly and most helpful. Especially Ugur

Good value, good location and kind responsible staff
Pros:

I loved the room, everything was clean. The design is another thing, it is more interesting to stay there than usual other hotels. I chose eco room and it is not big, and it was not a problem for me. However they also have large rooms.
