Cons:

The room was completely different from the photos shown on the listing. It was very old, small, and poorly maintained. The walls had visible mold, and many of the fittings and fixtures were dirty. There were also issues with both the electricity and water supply during my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the advertised photos, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the room.

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help, which made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

My room was very clean, comfortable, and really pleasant to stay in.

The terrace was one of the highlights of my stay and quickly became my favourite place to relax and spend time.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality and for making my stay so memorable. I leave with wonderful memories and would be very happy to return on my next trip to Istanbul.

Pros:

Walkable to all the main highlights of Istanbul, this hotel is tucked away on a quiet street halfway up a fairly steep hill. That said, Istanbul is full of steep streets, so it's all part of the experience and certainly keeps you fit!
The hotel has plenty of character, and it's clear the building had a previous life before becoming a hotel. As a result, the quirky spiral staircases add to its charm. There is also a very small lift, which was much appreciated as our suitcases were heavy.
There are small supermarkets nearby, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room includes a fridge, and I believe food can be ordered to the hotel. Breakfast is available downstairs.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Water in the shower could have been hotter, however, that's a personal preference!

Great spot and value
Pros:

The location is great, very convenient for getting around the city and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Cons:

It wasn't an issue for me but the place lacks a little polish. It's on a rather steep hill so if that may be an issue for you I'd recommend approaching it from one street over, as it's much less steep and there's an adjoining street that can be used to access the hotel from there.

The Right Place.
Pros:

Bustling district but quiet street, we only hear the seagulls. Deco as we like it. Irreproachable cleanliness. The manager is very welcoming.
Thank you to the staff who showed an infallible and delicate kindness.
Thank you again Mohammed who watches over all of us during the night. Finally, special mention to Ugur, which I would give more than 10 if it were possible!
From these people emanates a sense of tranquility and security that just make feel like you're in the right place.

Pros:

Die Räumlichkeit des Hotels ist wirklich sehr komfortabel in einem außergewöhnlichen Design.

Cons:

Die Balkontür und die "Terrasse" sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten definitiv restauriert werden. Die "Terrasse" hat mehr Potenzial, um die Zimmer attraktiver zu machen.

Great location off the main highway street.
Within walking distance to the football stadium which is what we went for.
Close local bars/restaurants.

Cons:

It's on a steep hill ok for walking down not so good for walking up.
The room we stopped in could have done with some better lighting.
