Personnes à l'accueil de l'hôtel très agréables.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée et également le lendemain matin. Absence de certains produits au petit déjeuner : sur les 3 jours, 1er jour pas de beurre - 3ème jour dysfonctionnement machine à café, absence de beurre pas de jus d'orange, fruits secs.
Double matelas qui s'écartent durant la nuit. Mal insonorisé

Im Zimmer ging das Lüftung nur, indem man die ebenerdige Terassentür offen stehen lässt. Keine Moskitonetze an einem Weiher. In Italien noch nie so schlechten Kaffee zum Frühstück getrunken.

המקלחת הייתה פיצית, ברמה של קשה לחפוף את הראש, דלת השירותים התעקמה ולא נסגרה. בחדר אין חלונות רק דלת כניסה אטומה שלידה כל הזמן עברו תיירים אחרים.

Propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Les croissants n'étaient pas frais. La serveuse pas accueillante. La climatisation n'est pas réglable par le client malgré que le personnel de l’accueil nous ai affirmé le contraire. Donc, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre.
