Do not stay- multiple safety issues
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Structural integrity issues. Reinforced pillows in courtyard keeping building from falling into itself. Had to kick in door. No soap hand or dish. No paper towels. Didn’t even empty dishwasher. Run down. Smell of pot everywhere. Unsafe. Cancelled first night- that bad

I would definitely stay again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The pictures online are exactly what the rooms look like. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Plus there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Location is perfect.

Cons:

The laundry room was very hot and when I used one of the washing machines it did not work. There was no out of service sign on it. Although it was not a big deal.

My stay was disappointing. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull‑out couch, and the staff member reacted poorly
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

A rude staff member. The sink fell out of place. Cleanliness was poor. Staff is not on site 24/7. The gym smelled funny.

Overall it was really nice. The staff was exceptional.
Pros:

Nice and clean!

Cons:

Water in the passage way to my room when I arrived and it was still there when I left. I was afraid of slipping and falling because I was using a cane!

It was very difficult to lock the door and had to get assistance to help with it.
