Very bad experience. The charges are extremely high, but the facilities are very poor and basic. The website claims it is a 4-star property, but in my experience, it does not even deserve 1 star. The place looks more like an ordinary low-budget lodge that should cost around ₹100–₹200 per day. Definitely not worth the price.

Comfortable, value for money
Pros:

If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hyderabad without paying luxury prices, Hotel Seven Lakes View near Necklace Road is a safe bet. The biggest advantage here is the location—you are super close to Hussain Sagar, and Secunderabad Station, which saves a lot of travel hassle.

The rooms and toilets are clean, and cover all the basics well, like good AC, hot water...all in all value for money.T

hough the beds seemed to be on the harder side but I was ok with it.

Stay at Treeboo 7 Lake View hotel
Cons:

Room was not the same while booking. Bed sheet covering the mattress was stained some sort of brown color. No bed reading lights. For 2 occupany with double bed only one toothbrush, one towel and 1 bottle water. Last time in 2022 when this hotel opened it was good. Now under Treeboo it is down

Definitely not recommended the place to stay
Pros:

Room size is good

Cons:

Uncleanliness, breakfast just for name as there is limited things to order if ask anything then it’s charge which is cost double. Washroom very dirty.
