Cons:

Bad customer service, valet parking was a mess and the there was no manager ever available on the property. I also checked out early due to the bad service and the hotel charged me an early check out fee. Just ridiculous.

Slightly in downtown

Cons:

It was dirty, the service was terrible, things were rusty bad broken, staff cursed at me, only one person working, no manager, concierge stuff was on the floor from bad guests. Not able to reach manager with phone number they gave me.

Pros:

At check in I was told that $100 needed to be pending and would be refunded after my stay . I swipped my card and showed the man at the desk and he said it didn’t not go through and I needed to swip my card again. I later showed him that I was hen had $200 pending and he seemed to not be concerned. I still currently have a pending charge of $100 on my account .
