Pros:

It is a cosy homelike place. Staff are very friendly- really no complaints at all. I would book the same place. They are able to arrange airport transfer with English speaking host as not many feel free to speak it sometimes leaving one stranded when using uber.
They respond to requests fast and with a smile. Very good service and ready to help.

Cons:

Breakfast is good/sufficient.....but starts at 8am so not for business trip with early start.
Cleaning of room is done on request and when present which is a bit inconveniencing.
Room was next to another building hence dark at all times - no reading table.

Проживание было просто отличным во всех отношениях. Место очень чистое, уютное и спокойное, идеально подходит для отдыха. Сервис на высоком уровне, а персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Особая благодарность сотруднику стойки регистрации Ахмеду за тёплый приём, внимание и помощь на протяжении всего пребывания. Он был очень доброжелателен и всегда помогал с улыбкой. Pros:

Прекрасное место для проживания! Всё было очень чисто, уютно и хорошо организовано. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и внимательный к деталям, старается сделать пребывание гостей максимально приятным. Номера просторные и отлично оборудованы, а качество сервиса на высоком уровне. Расположение тоже отличное — рядом есть всё необходимое. Замечательный опыт, который хочется повторить, и я с удовольствием рекомендую это место всем, кто ищет комфорт и высокий уровень обслуживания.

Not good.
Pros:

Good location, big comfy beds.

Cons:

Bathrom wasnt cleaned. Dirty towel, used shampoo, toothpaste in the bathroom. Room smelled after cigarettes.
Its not possible to pay by card, which staff didnt tell me even when texted me earlier that day. Then i went to withdraw the money and then they told me they dont have any change back and expected to leave the rest of the money for them as a tip I guess.
Very unprofessional.
