職員の方達の表情、笑顔、明るい印象、街の情報の説明が豊富で参考になり、説明を受けた所へ実際に行ってみた。
パジャマやバスタオルが良かった。
朝食が美味しかった。
あいにく雨だったが、貸し出しの傘がありがたかった。

We stayed on the older site. Loved the set up but getting to my room meant walking through the lobby and then going thro

朝食はナイス!!!
Pros:

朝食は評判通りおしゃれで、高級感もあり、自宅にいる日常を忘れさせてくれる位に良かったですし、美味しかったです。ロケーション的には、どこへ出るにも便利な場所だったと思います。また、チェックインの時や対応してくださったスタッフさん皆さん親切でした。駐車場は結局一番遠い広い所になりましたが、無料でしたので、良しとします。また、車からホテルまで戻るのにお散歩というか、いろいろどんなお店があるのかが見られましたので、その点も良かったです。夜に行きたいお寿司屋さんとクラフトのお店があったので、たまたまいらしたスタッフさんにお聞きしたら、とても親切に教えていただいて助かりました。教えていただかなかったらまず、到着できていなかったと思います。

まず、部屋に入るなり、ここからは土足厳禁にはびっくりしました。思ったより狭いし、何かゆったりするという感じには全くなりませんでした。また、予約の時にはバスタブ付きだったはずですし、予約確認書にもちゃんとそう明記されていましたが、シャワーのみの部屋でした。その件はチェックアウトの時に申し出ましたが、ホテル側ではシャワーのみの部屋ということでした。一応今後のこともあるのでと、確認書を写メさせ欲しいと言われ応じました。また同じく予約確認書にコーヒーがあると明記されていましたが、日本茶のみでした。コーヒー飲みたかったです。他のホテルでは常識と思われるお水一人ワンボトルもナシには「えっ?」とも思いました。　「by 星野リゾート」という表記に期待し過ぎた感がありましたね。価格はリーズナブルですので、致し方はないと思いましたが、もう一度行こうとは思えませんでした。スタッフさんには感謝ですけれど。
