Lage war sehr gut.
Frühstück ist ausreichend.Von allen etwas da.
Spiegeleier schmeckte nicht....wie gefrostetes Ei und falsch erwärmt....es hatte wie einen festen "Überzug"
Omelett waren immer kalt
Selbstgebackrne Brötchen waren wie nicht ausgebauten.Marmeladrn dagegen waren sehr lecker.
Abendessen war auch ausreichend.

Cons:

Lichtinstslation in den Zimmern war etwas kompliziert.
Es war nicht eindeutig welcher Schalter welche Lampe ausschaltet.
Lüftung im WC war sehr laut

Wunderschönes Hotel.in Rathen
Pros:

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und fleißiges Personal.
Ein schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Kleiner aber sehr schöner SPA Bereich.
Essen war hervorragend und die Außenterasse war sehr schön zum sitzen.

Cons:

Mir fällt nichts ein.

Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum wandern ist wirklich toll.
Das geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, Elbblick, Klimaanlage und schönem geräumigen Badbereich war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider war das Essen nicht gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch !!! Genau bei der Fähre wo immer was spannendes passiert. Die Aussicht auf das Elbsandsteingebirge und die Elbe ist wunderbar .

Cons:

Das Wurstangebot beim Frühstück hätte etwas variabler sein können....

Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Service im Gastronomiebereich. Sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt war die Lage direkt am Fluss hervorragend. Das Wetter war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben bei unserer Anreise doch einige unangenehme Überraschungen erlebt:
Das Hotel war nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, sondern konnte nur zu Fuß über eine Fähre erreicht werden.
Dies wurde uns am selben Tag kurzfristig per SMS mitgeteilt, genauso wie der Code für einen Schlüsseltresor (per SMS) Eine Rezeption gab es nicht und war auch stets nicht besetzt.
Der Weg ist für Leute mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen eine Zumutung. Hilfestellung gab es nur von Fremden, die ebenfalls die Fähre benutzt haben.
Auf diesen Sachverhalt hätte die Hotelleitung unbedingt hinweisen müssen. Immerhin hat das Hotel 4 Sterne.

Wie sich herausstellte war ein Doppelzimmer winzig (ca. 10 m²) mit Blick auf die nächste Hauswand . Wir hatten immerhin 11 Nächte gebucht
Eine Umbuchung war auch gegen Kostenübernahme nicht möglich..
Die beiden anderen Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder waren schmutzig und hatten das Ambiente eine Jugendherberge.

Einen regulären Zimmerservice gab es nicht. Diese musst separat beauftragt werden. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter unserer mehrfachen Aufforderung erst nach 5 Tagen nachgekommen. Hier wurden nur sehr eingeschränkt Leistungen ausgeführt (keine Reinigung, keine frischen Betten).

Ich würde dem Hotel max. 2 Sterne geben und den Eigentümer dringend empfehlen auf die Mobilitätseinschränkungen aktiv hinzuweisen.
