Pros:

Fantastic Price for NY, it was relatively quiet and clean, exactly what one would expect for the Price. Helpful and sweet staff. Great view from the window.

Pros:

Posizione non lontana a due fermate della metro e a pochi minuti di distanza ci sono un paio di vie con ristoranti e negozi. Le distanze di Brooklyn sono comunque immense quindi senza metro sarebbe difficile muoversi agevolmente.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere utile una cassaforte in camera.

Not worth the stay
Pros:

The customer service was decent.

Cons:

The walls were so thin, we could hear people talking all night/ early morning. The room was a little outdated. The area wasn't the best and it appears there were people living there.

Pros:

The room was clean and housekeeping was done every day. The area is nice and feels safe — there is a park nearby with a beautiful sunset view of Manhattan, good breakfast spots, and the subway is within walking distance.

Cons:

the hotel provides a hair dryer, but the quality is not great. If you plan to bring your own, don’t forget that the US uses different outlets and voltage.

Pros:

Location and cost for what I needed. It felt safe even when walking late at night from the train station. It wasn't as noisy and the air felt clean. For a short stay it did what it needed to. The staff were really great and super helpful.

Cons:

The room was not that clean. The room is small. Use of the closet was restricted as it had no handle to open the door. If I had asked to staff to sort this out I'm sure they would have. As we were at the end of a long trip in the US we just wanted quiet time so didn't pursue this further.
