Hotel mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Sehr gute und günstige (1,95 € pro Person) Busverbindung in die Innenstadt, Haltestelle direkt am Hotel. Gutes Frühstück (15 € pro Person). Saubere Zimmer. Große Dusche. Hatten Glück und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Straße vor dem Hotel erwischt, ansonsten 15 € pro Tag.

Cons:

Zimmer recht klein, vor allem die separate Toilette. Dusche und Waschbecken im Raum. Personal teilweise unfreundlich und ignorant, besonders an der Bar. Motelcharakter.

Communication a revoir
Pros:

Propreté, chambre et literie au top, personnel à l'accueil

Cons:

Faire payer le parking 15 € même pour les personnes ayant réservé une chambre
Le fait de nous interdire de regarder le match France/ Espagne près du restaurant parce qu'il fallait réservé mais aucune indication sur cet réservation dans l'hôtel, se faire jeter par la serveuse du restaurant alors que nous avions 2 chambres, petit déjeuner, repas au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir et parking payant
Je trouve très déplacé ce refus au vu de la somme que nous avons laissé à cet établissement

Perfect, just keep in mind that you will have to walk a lot!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, a little away from the center and the sea, quite high above sea level. This should be taken into account in San Sebastian, when looking at the map, it may look close, but you may have to climb quite steep streets. You can get to the hotel from the bus station by bus or taxi. The sea is quite a long walk away, but it is down a hill to the sea. There is also a bus. The hotel has very spacious and comfortable rooms, with an interestingly placed glass shower cabin. Everything is very comfortable, it was also possible to adjust the normal air temperature and amount of fresh air with the AC and a slightly open window. Breakfast is very good, wide selection. There is a bar on the ground floor, where you can order a beer or a glass of wine.

Cons:

I can't say I didn't like it, but it should be noted that there are no national Basque taverns or restaurants near the hotel where you can enjoy the local flavor. You have to go to the sea to find them. But, there are perfect seafood restaurants by the sea! But where else would they be, if not by the sea?
