Veldig hyggelig ansatte som var til god hjelp med alt vi måtte trenge. Veldig godt utvalg av frokost flinke folk som hjelper med og bestille aktiviteter og eller hva enn de måtte vær. Resepsjonen er alltid bemannet og klare for og hjelpe vist de måtte vær noe 24/7.

A disappointing stay with numerous maintenance issues, poor communication, and a property that did not meet the expectat

Not much, unfortunately. The room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff ensured that fresh towels were provided regularly and the room was kept generally tidy.

Cons:

The room did not match the photos shown on Booking.com and appeared much older and more worn than advertised. During our stay, a water-damaged area on the ceiling became worse and was only painted over instead of properly repaired. We also experienced several maintenance issues, including a leaking shower, a broken shower holder, poor shower drainage, a very noisy refrigerator, and a toilet that stopped flushing on our last day. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often unusable, making the advertised streaming services inaccessible. The gym was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. In addition, loud music was played around the pool throughout the day, and there was often excessive noise late into the evening, making it difficult to relax. Although we reported these issues during our stay and gave the hotel the opportunity to resolve them, many problems remained unresolved. After our stay, I also contacted the hotel again regarding these issues, but unfortunately I never received any response.

Pros:

Non è un mega resort ma comunque un hotel abbastanza grande e nel complesso soddisfacente. Camera ampia e dotata del necessario. Reception disponibile h24. La camera viene rifatta giornalmente, e viene formita una bottiglia d'acqua ogni giorno. Si mangia bene, sia colazione che cena a buffet, con abbastanza varietà. Nell'hotel ci sono piscina, palestra, ping pong, biliardo, biliardino. Posizione a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ma ma non ci sono lettini in spiaggia di proprietà dell'hotel. C'è disponibilità di parcheggio dentro la struttura ma pochi posti, e per arrivare bisogna fare l'ultimissimo tratto (100 m circa) di strada sterrata.

Cons:

Spesso salta la corrente, il più delle volte tornava dopo pochissimi secondi, ma alcune volte dopo 10 minuti, e nel frattempo non andava neanche l'acqua in bagno. Il wifi funziona in tutta la struttura ma per 2 giorni non ha funzionato, ci hanno detto che era un problema generale non dovuto all'hotel. Alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno chiesto di fare la recensione su booking davanti a loro, dando un buon voto, cosa abbastanza scorretta.
