Pros:

Great hotel and an excellent location — most places are within walking distance, and the T1 tram makes getting around very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it did not affect our overall experience.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their hospitality, and a special thanks to Kurban for always being helpful, responsive, and positive. He did his best to solve the issue with air conditioner.

Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Мы снимали двухкомнатный номер с подругой с видом на Босфор. Я всегда ценю атмосферу и здесь она прекрасная. Персонал доброжелательный, завтраки готовила очень приятная добрая женщина, всё свежее и качественное! По вечерам мы сидели на террасе и любовались городом, нам приносили пледы и заботились. Ванная и туалет чистые, в номере было два санузла, очень удобно. Воспользовались трансфером в аэропорт, поплавали и пообедали на корабле. Бронировали этот отель из-за расположения, приезжали на концерт А.Бочелли, действительно удобное( лестница как фитнес)), но чемоданы мы не носили, поэтому всё хорошо, прокачали мышцы). До Галатопорта 15 мин пешком.

Cons:

То что не был наполнен бассейн и не было той красивой иллюминации как на фото.

A személyzet mindig mosolygós és rendkivűl segitőkész,bármivel fordultunk hozzájuk.
Tiszta,kényelmes szobák. Nyugodt csendes,békés helyen van,villamossal gyorsan megközelíthető minden. Hajó kikötő kb 200m.

Cons:

1.Very unclean place not soundproof.
Public area is not ready and far away from the pics showed on booking
2.Bad location, located at the mid of the hill, too much staircases and no any reminders about it before we checking in. It caused us overloaded strength training to bring two big luggage to the hotel
3. Bad service, even they don't have too many guests during our saty.
4.non-fresh breakfast

Pros:

La location dell’hotel era davvero comoda per visitare alcune aree vicino al Bosforo, molto vicino!
Era carina la vista sul Bosforo dal patio con i tavolini. Il personale alla reception super gentile e cortese.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato molto le scale per raggiungere l’hotel e inoltre dovrebbero mettere un segnale per indicare la location dell’hotel.

Pros:

Thıis hotel is best viewed the deluxe room sea view but if you want arrive this hotel you pass 50 stairs the stair are bad and if you young possible if not be careful location on mountain but the staff and cleaning room is good

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch. Für ein angebliches 5-Sterne-Hotel muss mehr auf Details geachtet werden.

Staff was good

Cons:

The pictures and the reality didn’t match. The room was molded and quite tired. Some lights didn’t work.
Apart from that, the hotel located in the middle of quarter, to get there you have to take a lot of steps, not the best option if you have some baggage with you.

Decent for one night but not meeting expectations and overpriced
Pros:

The view from the hotel is nice, the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is located in a lively party area, so when we stayed on a Saturday night it was quite noisy. Unfortunately, there was also mold above the shower in the bathroom. The room itself was fairly small, and the rooftop terrace/bar shown in the photos was not open during our stay. Also, the AC couldn’t be controlled from the room, we had to call reception so they could regulate it centrally.
Overall, we felt the pictures did not accurately reflect the actual condition and atmosphere of the hotel.

The price for our initial stay was reasonable, and we had originally planned to return for another two nights after our trip to Istanbul. However, after seeing the room and noticing that the rate had somehow doubled for the additional nights, we decided to cancel. In our opinion, the hotel was significantly overpriced for what it offered.

Like? Not much to be fair......The Manger Lady was helpful..

Cons:

Well turned up having made my booking for 12 months to be told that my room for the second night was not available!
Walked outside to bar area to be greeted to an empty swimming pool and dog poo on the terrace!
Had to change the first room offered as waa only 2 beds
Second day more dog poo outside of our room
Eventually moved to jacuzzi room on day 3 which was in main block which was better. Managed to fill Jacuzzi over jets the first day but not the second
If you struggle with steps DO NOT BOOK !!
