Pros:

Prima locatie, rustige straat, toch vlakbij leuke wijk en openbaar vervoer: met de boot naar centrum!!
Heerlijk terras met uitzicht op Istanboel.

Great hotel
Pros:

The locarion was great you could take the metro from fener to eminonu easily. The views were amazing from the reataurant and the room . The staff was very helpful at reception , Han and the other guy and the restaurant area especially Sanye ( I think was the name of the lady). Highly recommend . We travelled with kids and the room was spacious.

Cons:

It would be very important to clean the shower tiles more carefully becasue they had dumpness and black parts . I hope you could change that

Уютный маленький отельчик
Pros:

Очень хорошее месторасположение, дружелюбный персонал, уютно, антуражно. Шикарный вид с террасы ресторана.

Cons:

Очень скудные и однообразные завтраки. Из горячего кроме омлета и яиц практически ничего и не было. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, пол кажется, что никогда не мыли.

Can‘t recommend enough! 10/10
Pros:

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I‘ve ever had!
Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everyones wishes were fulfilled. Turkish hospitality on a completely different level.
Everyone was very kind and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet is very diverse and delicious.

The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and located within walking distance to a bus and tram station and only a few stops away from Eminönü (ferries). It is surrounded by cafés and little shops.
The hotel rooms are decently sized and clean.

I will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. All in all a brilliant choice! I can‘t recommend enough!!!

Pros:

Lovely smaller hotel, great location for Balat and just a short tram ride to old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace with views of the Golden Horn.

Pros:

Mega tolles Hotel in Balat! Tolle Einrichtung der Lobby und Zimmer, und Frühstück (sehr gut) auf der Dachterrasse! Tram gleich vor der Tür und Shops, Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung! Das Personal war mega nett! Kommen super gerne wieder!

Alles war tipp-topp 💯

A fair deal for the last minute deal that I found. The staff are outstanding.
Pros:

The main hotel staff are absolutely outstanding, Han, the receptionist, has a natural way with people and gets things done very well. The waitress Saneyer was absolutely marvellous. The location is good, with views of the Golden Horn and good public transport to key sights etc. The breakfast was frugal (cereal, eggs, bread, olives, cheese etc), but matched the the price (nothing is free). I could smell cigarette smoke drifting into my non-smoking room. The view from the breakfast room was second to none. I loved the views, which made the deal just right for me.

The breakfast was a bit frugal,but ok.

Good hotel with excellent roof top restaurant
Pros:

The staff is 10/10
The view from top roof restaurant is 10/10
Breakfast is 6/10

Cons:

Up normal noise sounds like falling heavy things or closing door harshly, repeatedly!, mainly at night and sometimes after midnight!, I couldn't sleep well. They promised to resolve this issue, you need to confirm before you reserve here.

Harika bir otel. Konumu çok rahat, yakınında tramvay durağı var, kahvaltıların yapıldığı restoran terasından muhteşem manzara. Gürültü yok.
Resepsiyonda en neşeli ve yardımcı olan Han beni karşıladı, bana çok konforlu bir oda ayarladı. Bu yüzden ona çok teşekkür ederim. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor, çarşaflar ve havlular da değiştiriliyor. Çalışanlar kibar ve İngilizce konuşuyor. Restoranda bir çalışan Rusça biliyor. Yakınlarında güzel, ilgi çekici ve turistik Balat bölgesi var. Tek başıma geziyordum ve her şeyle çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar çalışanların tamamına çok teşekkür ederim. Han’la arkadaş olduk ve iletişimimize devam ettik.
