Good value hotel in a lovely area of Istanbul!
Pros:

Nice hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast and really good location for exploring Istanbul but in a more peaceful area!

Cons:

Bed was slightly uncomfy and a teeny bit load as it’s on a main road, but overall very good!

Cons:

The rooftop was closed when I arrived and in the morning before I checked out so I wasn’t able to visit which was a shame as it was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel. I’d assumed breakfast at least would have been served there.

Vistas al Bósforo y habitación grande y cómoda. El hotel es muy agradable y con encanto. Después de estar 5 noches en Sultanahmet, que está mejor situado para visitar las mezquitas, el Gran Bazar, etc., nos trasladamos 4 noches a la zona de Balat y Fener para tener una estancia más local.

Recomiendo la experiencia porque, aun siendo una zona turística, tiene mucho ambiente y vida local. Está bien comunicado para llegar a Eminönü en tranvía y tiene dos estaciones marítimas que te llevan en barco a muchas partes de Estambul, incluida la zona asiática. El desayuno es rico y más que suficiente en cuanto a variedad para empezar la mañana. Está muy bien atendido, ya que se sirve en la cafetería del hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno, hasta unos meses antes, se servía en la terraza con vistas al Bósforo, pero actualmente se sirve en la cafetería de la planta calle. No es la misma experiencia, pero tampoco decepciona sentarse en la terraza de la entrada o en los sofás de la cafetería.

Conviene que revisen alguna cosilla; por ejemplo, uno de los butacones de la habitación no tenía la tapicería y el relleno estaba completamente a la vista, lo que puede dar un aspecto desordenado o de poco mantenimiento, si bien todo estaba limpio. Un día no hicieron la habitación, probablemente por un descuido al ser un hotel pequeño, pero aun así tiene mucho encanto.

Not good value for the money over all

Cons:

High price for what it is.
And the staff decided to do some DIY project in the lobby, with a stapler and hammer, 3am in the morning.

The advertised roof terrace/restaurant for breakfast was not part of the hotel, had not been for months.

We where told by the restaurant that we could get 10% discount as guests of the hotel, which was another obsolete offer, according to the receptionist at the hotel.
Based on the dishes we had, it’s very overpriced that restaurant, almost £30 for a single kebab skewer.

Such a great base for our stay in Istanbul. Slightly away from the madness of the city but close enough via public transport to be 5 minutes away.

The staff were great too. We arrived at 6am after a long flight. They’d arranged an airport transfer which worked well. When we checked in Hans, the staff member, said your room is ready and breakfast is ready for you on the house! A great welcome!

Also it was great having a restaurant and bar on site. Well worth a visit. Great views too.

A beautiful and sophisticated boutique hotel with exceptional service and an unforgettable breakfast
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The absolute highlight of the hotel is, without a doubt, the staff. Han, Zeynep (or Sena?), and Ezgi - the woman who was taking care the breakfast and the other that was taking care of the coffe place in the ground floor (I guess and the entire team are exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Whenever any issue came up, it was handled with great care, sensitivity, and genuine concern for the guest. Their service makes a real difference and made the whole experience feel very special.
The hotel itself is beautiful: small, sophisticated, very well maintained, and decorated with excellent taste. It truly feels like a boutique hotel, with its own character and charm.
Breakfast is wonderful and deserves a special mention. In addition to being delicious, it is served with a spectacular view over the Golden Horn. It is an experience in itself and a perfect way to start the day in Istanbul.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel without hesitation.
The cleaning ladys were also fantastic, nice, and super efficient.

Cons:

There was nothing negative worth mentioning. My experience was excellent.

Świetna lokalizacja, wielkość pokoju, wygoda łóżek; duża łazienka; sprawna klimatyzacja; piękny widok na Złoty Róg. W hotelu czysto, przyjemny wystrój. Wyborne śniadania, bardzo miły personel.

Cons:

Brak możliwości zjedzenia śniadania w restauracji na dachu pomimo takiej informacji w ofercie na booking.com. Niemniej jednak i tak hotel oceniamy wysoko.
