Very disappointing, and definitely not worth the money compared to other options at similar prices.
Pros:

The facilities were great and the location was excellent — very convenient for getting around and close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were quite rude. I asked several times for a remote control for the curtains but never received one, so I had to keep them closed for the entire stay. There was also no hand soap in the room, and despite asking, it was never brought to me. Breakfast was disappointing too — the food wasn’t fresh and there was a limited range of options.

Not a hotel! Pretty new, good views, and well designed - but issues with the finishing & maintenance
Pros:

Nice location, tall ceilings, very clean, comfy bed, good views and helpful staff

Cons:

Our sink was blocked so we ended up changing rooms - since it is not a hotel, there were no service staff on site. Bathrooms were pretty poor - the water from the shower lands on the floor and the floor slopes away from the shower so that the floor gets very wet. The water soaked into the door over months/years so the door wouldn't fully open since it was swollen due to water damage - in two different rooms so it seems a common problem in the units. The shower cabinets also had water damage in 2 different rooms. The shower head on the ceiling was clogged in several areas. Our sink was blocked so we ended up changing rooms.

Also, this is not a hotel! It is a small bedsit apartment with some basic amenities but not hotel services & amenities - for instance, there is no full-time front desk, room service etc

Pros:

Очень чисто везде, приятный обслуживающий персонал. Большой и красивый номер, жили на 3-м этаже, кондиционер работал всегда и не отключался (даже когда уходили с номера).
Все точно также как и на фото!

Würde ich empfehlen für Limassol.
Pros:

Das Gebäude ist sehr eindrücklich. Das Zimmer ist modern und gross. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Frühstück hat nur das nötigste und nicht viel Auswahl. Fitness ist auch klein. Im Badezimmer hat es etwas gestunken aber wurde auch besser während des Aufenthalts.

Hotel thats almost a very good hotel, nice staff. A proper bed could have made it acceptable

Mattress is horrible! Clearly not hotel grade - caused back pain! Every say was hard because of it
