Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel jedoch mit Fehlern
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, super Parkmöglichkeiten, einfacher Self Check in

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bahnstrecke.
Am Wochenende gibt es wohl immer irgend eine Party oder Feier die auch per Hinweis bekannt gegeben werden. Man sollte erwarten können, dass an Tagen ohne Hinweis Ruhe ist. Leider nicht. Laute Musik mit viel Bass war der Fall. Für Jemanden der am nächsten Tag früh raus muss ein Albtraum.
Ich hätte für den Preis definitiv dort nicht geschlafen, wenn ich’s gewusst hätte. Die bereitgelegten Ohrenstöpsel bringen nicht viel, da hauptsächlich Höhe Töne gefiltert werden.
Im Zimmer selbst lies sich die Duschtüre nicht schließen.
Eine Küche ist auch vorhanden, aber ohne jegliches Zubehör.

Rücksichtslose Partyveranstaltung im Haus. Laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Die Bässe so laut, dass die alles im Zimmer gewackelt hat. Nebst den Partygästen hat es auch Übernachtungsgäste im Haus!

Hôtel récent, excellente cuisine, personnel très agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel récent situé dans la zone industrielle de Näfels. Le personnel du restaurant était tout à fait sympathique et très agréable.
Cuisine de grande qualité.
Essayez encore le Moskow Mule préparé sur mesure par Mme :-)

Kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

ES FAND EINE VERANSTALTUNG IM HOTEL STATT. ICH WURDE NICHT IM VORFELD DARÜBER INFORNIERT - DAS HOTEL BEHAUPTETE DAS GEGENTEIL. TROTZ GESCHLOSENER FENSTER WAR DIE MUSIK UNERTRÄGLICH LAUT, SODASS ICH NOCH IN DER NACHT IN EIN ANDERES HOTEL GEZOGEN BIN.
DER HOGELMITARBEITER VERSICHERTE MIR, DASS ICH BEZÜGLICH ENTSCHÄDIGUNG INNERT MAX. 3 TAGEN BESCHEID ERHALTEN WÜRDE. ES KAM BIS HEUTE KEINE REAKTION UND ICH ERHIELT KEINEN RAPPEN VOM HOTEL ERSTATTET.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, die Formalitäten und der Schreibkram jedoch umständlich und anonym.

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage: Mit Auto gut erreichbar, grosszügige Tiefgarage; Grosses, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Check-In Prozedur: Langwierig und kompliziert. Warum müssen wir alle Angaben von der Reservation noch einmal eingeben, obwohl wir mit der Reservationsnummer eigentlich identifizierbar gewesen wären? Eine Eintrittskarte funktionierte nicht (zum Glück hatten wir zwei genommen); Restaurant war entgegen der Info auf der Webseite geschlossen; Abfluss im Lavabo war verstopft; Kompressorlärm von angrenzender Gewerbeliegenschaft; Ausser beim Frühstück war kein Mensch je sichtbar oder anprechbar.

Sehr modernes und super schönes Hotel. Zimmer waren sehr groß und auch der Balkon war tip top

Cons:

Das problem war das ich keine Information erhaltrn habe das eine Albanische oder Türkische Hochzeit stattfindet und es war super laut.
Aber zum glück war das Hotel nicht komplett ausgebucht, dass uns der wirklich nette Mann von der Rezeption ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels umgebucht hat.
