Never again would I stay there
Pros:

I spoke to a customer service representative Casey and reported all the issues with the room very dirty etc.

Cons:

Parking garage terrible. 3 cars damaged in trying to park. Including mine. I reported this as well

Place is a dump we were supposed to stay 2 nights only stayed one
Small beds toilet wouldn’t flush correctly grounds were dirty
Hotel itself was dirty the pool was clean but surroundings were unkept
Grass and shrubs need attention overall the place sucked

The location was great.

Cons:

The floor had not been swept. The lock on the door was not very secure. The sliding door stuck, the track needs to be cleaned. The shower floor installation was cheap, stones from the floor were loose and was stepping on pebbles while showering.

The location to the beach was great!

Cons:

The toilet stayed running the whole time. The toilet barely flushed. Some outlets didn’t have face plates. The sink barely drained. The bath stopper didn’t work. The couch was outdated. The pull out part of the bed was like sleeping on springs. The WiFi to the tv barely worked. The tv would buffer and only work for 45 seconds to 2 mins tops and then buffer again over and over and over. This was not worth my money at all. I wish I could get a refund it was that bad.
