Typique motel de bord d'océan extrêmement bien situé
Pros:

J'ai adoré l'emplacement, le style motel de bord d'océan et l'accès aux 2 piscines.
C'est à quelques dizaines de mètres du boardwalk. Idéal pour un séjour près de la plage.

Cons:

La chambre sentait intensément la marijuana à notre arrivée. Nous avons fait aérer et fait roulé la clim.
La porte principale est une porte-patio (porte-fenêtre), c'est sur que niveau intimité/bruit c'est moins idéal.

Good price value if you are not wanting to swim in a pool.
Pros:

Loved how close the beach and the main drag was. The beds are so comfortable too.

Cons:

In the photos it shows a nice luxurious huge swimming pool and a small one then you get there and you are greated with an empty large pool and the small one being nasty. They also don't have ice and the balconies are not good they are an accident waiting to happen.

After I complained about the dirty room and broken pull out couch they did upgrade me to a much nicer room thank you

The room was in very poor condition. I would not stay here again nor would I refer anyone to stay.

Room was in very poor condition. The bathroom was dirty. Shower rod was not bolted to the wall , fell down. Tub did not drain during shower, standing in ankle high water. Shower control had black mold on it. Baseboard trim in bathroom rotten and falling off. View from balcony was a wall, could not see anything else. I've never stayed in such a poor hotel in Hampton Beach as this one. I have read reviews that claim the same issues.
Not at worth the $323.00 I was charged. Then another $30.00 for early check-in. I will be contacting the company. I tried to talk with the front desk attendant about my concerns and he blankly handed me a card and said call this number. I will be requesting some sort of refund.

Pros:

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Cozy, spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade my room to something bigger after checking in. Great price!!!

That it was walking distance to the beach

Cons:

There was mold in the door so much mold the door would barely even open. I’m hoping not because of the amount of mold all the dishes were dirty from the previous people staying, and there was used coffee that molded in the coffee maker. Other than that showers were hot and the beds one of the beds is Hella comfortable

Proche de la plage, personnel courtois, stationnement accessible, belle terrasse avec vue partiel sur la mer.

Cons:

La propreté des chambres est médiocre. Vitres sale, mirroir laver avec probablement le même linge que le reste de la salle de bain. Les portes salles d'entrée et salle de bain. Le système d'air climatisé est plein de mousse probablement jamais nettoyer. Les draps étaient tâcher mais le personnel est venu changer sans problème et rapidement.
