Pros:

The location was great and bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Balcony was nice.

Cons:

Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Broken lampshade, broken sink in bathroom and toilet very low.

Pros:

The location. The room was clean. Easy access to the beach and businesses. The slider to get in you couldn't use the key and had fight to open and close the door. The lady showed us to wiggle and move around a lot. Said a lot of the doors are the same. Front porch and rug haven't been swept.. Bathroom door bottom is rotten.

Cons:

The other renters were loud. One next to us was. Lots of screaming banging on doors and walls. Threatening to kill someone early and woke us up with all the yelling and slamming the door. When walking back from the beach. We notice the person through the slider on the toilet passed out for everyone to see!
Upstairs started around 9pm with either a dog/kid running and bouncing, banging a ball on the wall, slamming cabinet doors for hours. Then back to it early in the morning.
If renting out to seasonal people why would you put visitors around this?!
The parking deck was a mess. A pile of trash was up in a spot and was there the whole time we were there. Never saw the grounds keeper for maintenance of the grounds or housekeeping to get more towels, clean out the room or where to empty our trash can. We were scared at night and didn't know who to call if something happened. You should have someone accessible to you in case of an emergency.
If this place meets and fixes this. I would rent there again if they rent for the experience we should have at an establishment. Safety and fun at the beach.

Absolutely nothing walked into the room and immediately walked out. Smelled of cigarettes and cat pee. Absolutely disgusting. Did not stay got another hotel room somewhere else

Near the beach

Cons:

Furniture broken, stained, ripped, holes in walls, no heat had to use space heaters, bedding was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom The narrow bathroom doorway couldn't fit through. The bedroom window was broken and the outside door didn't lock. Thankfully we were just there for only 12 hrs. I will never stay there again

Felt dirty and unsafe.
Pros:

Location and price were great. Online it said check-in is at noon, but it person they said 3pm. However, they did allow me to check-in just a little after noon. The view isn't bad.

Cons:

It was very run down, and no care taken to make the rooms nice. I wish it had been disclosed that it's not just an inn, people are living there. I did not feel safe staying alone as a woman, especially considering there was no phone in the room to inform the front desk. I later realized there wouldn't have been anyone to call anyway. I had forgotten my cell phone charger and a man tried to enter my room, leading to a very sleepless night. If you are a woman alone, don't stay here.

I will be staying again absolutely everything was great

Location to the beach is amazing the staff is super friendly

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like it was the last minute booking right before midnight and they had no issues getting us in last minute with it being Labor Day I don't know if you understand Hampton Beach this is a major improvement from other businesses
