We booked the Opera twin room for our family of four city staycation. The room was large and well facilitated, we loved the bathtub and TV and the black out blinds blocked out the noise and light outside, allowing a good night sleep and sleep in.
The heated pool was not warm enough, granted it was winter when we booked, it was a nice day when we went for our dip, the sun was out and it was not windy. But any warmth from the sun was blocked out hotel. If they brought the temperature up it would have made the swim much more enjoyable.
The location in Barangaroo is absolutely spectacular, offering stunning waterfront views and easy access to incredible dining. The breakfast selection was world-class, featuring a massive variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and made the stay feel truly luxurious.
The pricing for valet parking and in-room dining is exceptionally high, even for a five-star establishment. Additionally, wait times for the lifts can be a bit long during peak check-out hours.

Amazing pool, fabulous breakfast, beautiful rooms.
Check in is extremely busy, some parts of the hotel at looking a bit warm, not enough towels or toiletries in rooms.
Amazing 5* brekkie buffet
Upgraded to a 2 bed suite- the most luxurious I’ve ever seen. View of the bridge and opera house. Very glamorous hotel.
Next to empty building site- may soon be blocked (views) and pending construction issues when this inevitably gets developed. Slight downside with others is lovely view.
