Urbann Living
Pros:

Clean, modern, and roomy communal areas for guests to linger, work, read, and socialize.
Comfortable clean room, not particularly large but well laid out for organizing personals.
Free coffee drinks 11pm - 10am. Free purified water.
Centrally enough walking distance to several key sites, including Hauptbahnhof and a bus line to take you there.
Food market within a couple minutes of Urbann, also many restaurants within area.
Relaxing rooftop area for more socializing.

Cons:

Staff for the most part were outgoing and friendly with the exception of a couple folk but that may be because they (the front desk) have multiple roles to perform.
The coffee makers made excellent coffee drinks but worked inconsistently during my stay. Hopefully, they will fix this.

Cute but not the best value
Pros:

Nice design, comfortable bed, good water pressure, good gym. Staff received a package for me that was much appreciated

Cons:

Hallway to rooms lacked ventilation and stank. Rooms were clean though. No kettle or refrigerator or desk in rooms. Very little floor space

Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby, super Terrasse, nettes Personal, gute Zimmer und sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl, aber das ist dann schon alles. ;D

personalen va inte direkt super serviceminded.

väldigt litet utbud på frukosten, framförallt med tanke på priset för hotellet samt +19 eur /person och frukost så hade jag förväntat mig mer. Där sjönk betyget otroligt mycket.

BUEN HOTEL, APAÑO DE ULTIMA HORA ANTE UNA CANCELACION INJUSTIFICADA DE BOOKING
Pros:

Este hotel fue una opción de ultima hora ante una cancelación injustificada de BOOKING por lo que me hizo el apaño ya que BOOKING se negó y sigue negandose a atender sus obligaciones ante la cancelación.

Cons:

Que BOOKING no cumpla con sus obligaciones cuando cancela injustificadamente y tenga que buscarme alternativas por mi cuenta, y que BOOKING ante los primeros problemas el unico criterio que sigue es el de dinero, ya que unicamente me ofrecieron un hostel de habitación compartida frente a la cancelación de un apartamento y tuve que buscarme esta alternativa más cara para no desgraciarme mis vacaciones en Berlin.
