A modern smart and friendly place to stay when looking for convenience to Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

A modern, fun and community vibe in walking distance to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Excellent breakfast and when I enquired about gluten free bread I was given the best tasting warm GF rolls! Helpful and friendly staff with excellent English. Can strongly recommend nearby Italian restaurant Di Russillo overlooking canal and passing boats.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden - mit der Lage des Hotels, der Ausstattung der Zimmer, der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem Aufenthalt im Bar/-Cafébereich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great Hotel - Awful towels.
Pros:

Great hotel - good location, fantastic staff and free coffee in the morning - all good stuff.

Cons:

For such a great hotel - your towels are awful, they needed throwing away.. small and well past their best.

Das Urban Loft Hotel war eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich bisher war! 😍

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles wirkt sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig.

Ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! ❤️

Great accommodation with a contemporary feel and buzz, within 5/10mins of main rail station
Pros:

Very good continental style breakfast sets you up for the day, and we liked the modern open setting. Light and airy, quiet areas and a nice buzz too.

Cons:

One thing we missed was having the freedom to brew a cuppa in your own room. It's a minor thing we know, and you could always buy a coffee or tea downstairs and relax. It's not a make or break thing.

Perfect spot for a short stay, especially if you’re travelling by train

Great location. Enjoyed my stay but would have tea/ coffee making and ironing facilities in the room.

Location. STAFF! Excellent and very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No in-room tea/coffee making facility; no iron in room. Room was a bit small but comfortable and very clean.
