tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

gutes Frühstück, tolle Zimmer mit Klima

Cons:

Wir mussten 1h beim Check In anstehen & bekamen dann kein Zimmer, da sie noch nicht gereinigt waren (um 17:00 Uhr!!!)

Die Lage war ideal.

Cons:

Dutzende Leute 1 1/2 Stunden am Checkin Schlange stehen zu lassen, nur um ihnen dann zu sagen, die Zimmer wären noch nicht fertig, ist eine ganz miese Leistung. Das habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Nuovo e colorato in posizione strategica
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale ( in 15 minuti con il treno Obb sei in aeroporto). La stanza è comoda e silenziosa.

Cons:

Manca un armadio..ma x pochi giorni non è un problema.

Отель удобно расположен в 7 минутах пешком от жд вокзала. Недалеко есть супермаркет, работает до 11 вечера. До центра города пешком минут 30.
Номер просторный, в целом удобный, тихий. Кондиционер хорошо работал. Кровать удобная.

Cons:

В 2-х местном номере должно быть 2 стула, а был только 1. Странно, что не было тапочек и стакана для зубных щёток. И ещё хорошо бы добавить мини-бар в номер.

Var der kun een nat - fik lov til at have min bagage stående i flere timer inden indtjekning ( tak ) - og også dagen efter ved udtjekning, da jeg først skulle med et nattog ( tak )

I will not come again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I came at 6.30 pm and the room was not ready.
The room wasnt cleaned well when i entered, toilet seat also there was hair all over and it was too cold even tho I turned of the AC.
At the end at 1 am im the morning 2 men entered my room and woke me up, according to them housekeeping…

Snyggt rum. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Snabb incheckningen var krånglig.
En personal som skulle hantera baren o hjälpa gäster med incheck. Det var dåligt.

Alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, bequeme Betten :)

Cons:

Self-Check-In ist etwas unnötig, weil es vermutlich schneller geht, dass der/die Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter:in einfach die Daten eingibt. So muss er/sie auch danebenstehen und weiterhelfen. Gut gemeint, aber nicht zweckmäßig.

In Ordnung für den Städtetrip.
Pros:

Für den Zweck einer Städtereise angemessen.

Cons:

Die hinterlegte Reinigung jede 3.Nacht hat nicht stattgefunden. Wir konnten zwar Handtücher jederzeit zusätzlich ordern, das hat super funktioniert. Bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt war es auch nicht schlimm, dass keine Reinigung des Zimmers war, man musste aber trotzdem selbst z.B um neues Toilettenpapier kümmern. Ein bisschen mehr Service wäre schon schön, sonst kann ich gleich in ein Airbnb gehen.
