Немного долгая самостоятельная регистрация на стойке.. как будто регистрация администратором была бы проще и быстрее.

Cons:

Check in non sempre all’altezza delle aspettative. Devi farti la kay card da te e attenzione perché a noi non ci hanno detto che la camera veniva pulita ogni 3 giorni. Ci hanno detto che al momento del check in c’è lo avevano detto ma onestamente facendoci noi la chiave il tipo non ci ha molto considerate! Comunque gli asciugamani te li danno ogni volta che me chiedi. Va bene per pochi giorni e se non si hanno tante esigenze

Kurzaufenthalt im schönen Wien
Pros:

Frühstück ist gut und lecker, grosse Auswahl an Kaffeesorten.

Checkin ging am Automaten ging relativ schnell, auch wenn man doch warten musste bis man dran kam.

Die Lage nahe am Hauptbahnhof ist super.

Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut

Cons:

Die Matratze ist etwas hart, für mich war es zu hart. Jeder mag es anders.

Wünsche wie extra Kissen dauern etwas, ich musste öfter nachfragen.

Very basic. Don't expect much
Pros:

I liked the location. It is very closed to the train station
The AC is really great during the summer

Cons:

So let's start with the fact that only once i arrived at the room, i realised that they clean it **only after the 3rd night**.(It's mentioned on a sticket in the bathroom)
The floor was extremely sticky , i couldn't walk in the room without using the slippers
The floor rugs in the hollway also extremely dirty, including the floor in the elevators. I stayed for 4 days and they did not seem to clean it all throughout that time.
Walls are very thin, not recommended for light sleepers like me.
There is no safe and there is no closet or mini fridge in the room.
The breakfast was very basic and same everyday : scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bread and rolls, mini croissants, that mini pancake machine that makes people wait in long annoying line. Only sliced cucumber and tomato, some granola and cereals and milk, pastrami and ham and sliced cheese. I saw on the pictures something more continental and that's why i chose to pay for breakfast but post factum - I'd def save the money and buy breakfast somewhere else.

Smelly bathroom
Cons:

Staff unhelpfull, ignored guests.

freundliches Personal, sehr bequemes Bett, freundliche Farbgestaltung des Hotels und des Zimmers

Cons:

leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der Kopfposter ist sehr klein (aber auf Nachfrage bekam ich einen zweiten)
