Zum Wohlfühlen, alles da, kurze Wege, lecker Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Es war ein entspannter Aufenthalt für mich. Frühstück lecker und viel Auswahl. Bei spontanen Wünschen,, wurden diese lösungsorientiert angegangen, z.B. mein Termin ist ausgefallen und ich musste nach dem Checkout noch weiter arbeiten. So durfte ich beim Frühstücksraum am Tisch sitzen, meinen Laptop anschließen, WLAN weiter nutzen und einen Kaffee kostenlos trinken. Auch als ich dann noch in die Stadt wollte vor Abfahrt, konnte ich ohne Probleme meinen Koffer vor Ort lassen. Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, Ruhe wahrend, respektvoller Umgang, ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ich kann wirklich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Zudem ist es gleich am Bremer Platz direkt am Bahnhof. Also kurze Wege bis zum Bahnhof und auch zur Innenstadt konnte ich problemlos alles zu Fuß bewältigen. Ich habe auch sehr gut geschlafen und im 5. Stock eine tolle Aussicht auf den Bremer Platz und die Stadt gehabt.

Cons:

Ich war rundum zufrieden und bin wirklich erstmalig glücklich von einem Hotel rausgegangen!

Heel fijn verblijf op een goede locatie
Pros:

Heerlijk bed, fijne douche en lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging ten opzichte van het oude centrum en het havengebied met leuke eettentjes.

Perfekte Lage. Sehr gut geschlafen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und trotz unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe im Zimmer ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Zimmer und Bad sind gut durchdacht und sauber. Das gesamte Personal von Rezeption bis Housekeeping sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und hat alles, was es für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Gepäckaufbewahrung vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out. Rate günstig.

Die hellen Wände im Zimmer könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.
