We had a wonderful stay at Luxotel Aqaba. It is a good choice for relaxation, with a peaceful atmosphere, excellent service, and a very friendly staff.

A special thank you to Monira at the reception for her warm welcome and kindness from the moment we arrived. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mohamed Goud and Tyson , the lifeguards at the beach, for their attentiveness and friendly attitude. Special thanks as well to Magdy at the pool bar for their outstanding service and hospitality.

The entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and created beautiful family memories here.

Pros:

Very nice hotel far from the noise of the city, nice part of beach and amazing sea. Staff very kind and friendly and respectful

Cons:

Food is barely ok, even breakfast. Could be better easily
And we didn’t feel the distance because we had a car, but for me to come alone, some shuttles to go to Aqaba center would be a real added value

Exceptional Experience
Pros:

Our stay at Luxotel Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. This was no the firat time we stay in it. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. What made the experience even more special this time was the care and attention they showed as we had a member with disability.
The team made sure all the necessary arrangements and adjustments were prepared in advance to ensure comfort and accessibility throughout our stay. Their hospitality, kindness, and genuine willingness to help exceeded our expectations in every way.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable specially Svetlava, Ibrahim, and Magdy. We highly recommend Luxotel Hotel and would definitely love to revisit it again.
