La zone calme, reposante. L’hôtel très propre. Le métro a 10 minutes.
The location was good. Price was too much for what we got. Room was really really small but clean.
We arrived on the first night to a blackout, no elevator working and we had 60kg of luggage to drag up 5 floors. That also meant no water in the room.
We asked for several requests, one being a lower floor, one being later check out - both were denied. Seems like all requests are declined.

The room was ultra clean and tiny. The place is also so quiet and nice. But not so close to city center.
After arriving at the hotel, when you enter the codes given to you at the door, the door does not open because you first need to tap the key icon and then enter the password. I tried different codes at the door for about 10 minutes to figure this out. This could have been clearly stated with a simple explanation. Other than that, the rooms are incredibly clean and well organized. On the first day, when housekeeping knocked on our door, we opened it and only asked them to change our towels, and they did so immediately. On the second day, however, no one came for cleaning at all. Even though I placed the towels outside the bathroom, they were not replaced. Since everything in the hotel is digital, there is no one you can directly contact to make such a request. There were only three paper cups and three coffee capsules provided in the room. At the very least, replacing these daily should not be that difficult, or at least two clean cups could have been provided. From a price–performance perspective, the amount we paid was not cheap at all. To use the electric kettle, you need to plug it into a very high outlet and then heat the water. Even if you heat the water, you end up without any coffee or paper cups to actually drink it.

There was a fire alarm one night, and no one came, we had to alert the staff and wait a good 20-30min for someone to show up and stop the alarm. A bit concerning if it would have been a real fire…
