El apartamento es tal cual la foto, muy cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas.

Cons:

La zona es peligrosa, es muy conocida entre los locales como el lugar donde hay más consumo de droga y ladrones. Asi que hay que ser muy precavido.

Ubicación buena, muy cerca del centro y metro.
Aspecto del barrio y zona cerca del.departamento mucha basura en la.calle, zona de inmigrantes que opacan el barrio, no tuvimos ningun problema con ellos, hablando con gente de Madrid comentan que es inseguro, no puedo opinar como es de noche ya que nunca estuve.

El entorno del barrio y sobre todo la calle donde esta el departamento.

Очень хорошие апартаменты. Расположение идеальное для пеших прогулок и осмотра достопримечательностей.

Cons:

Диван-кровать не удобная, спина потом болит.
Очень много "людей без постоянного места жительства" ходит возле метро и под окнами апартаментов. Иногда они кричали и ругались между собой всю ночь. Ещё Они подходят и попрошайничают. Если Вы спокойно к этому относитесь, то ок.

Cons:

La presencia de cucarachas en la cocina (cajones del mueble), baño y dormitorio. Toda la noche de un sábado para domingo hubo RUIDOS MOLESTOS (discusiones, música con volumen elevado) hasta las 8 am en el ambiente colindante al dormitorio que no nos permitió descansar.
