Pros:

I stayed at Avila Cave Hotel for 2 nights. It is an amazing hotel with a great view of the city.

The breakfast was very delicious. Metin and Sina at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Another good thing is that you can enjoy the viewpoint without paying any extra fee.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Avilla Cave Hotel team are very helpful. They could support you to book daily tours and hot air balloon tour with very competitive price compared to the travel agent. The room itself is good, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious also. Location is excellent as it is inside the sunset viewpoint of Gorome so you do not need to buy the ticket cost 30 TRY.

Cons:

Dim light but I think it is typical for cave house.

Una vista INCREIBLE con una hospitalidad Excelente!
Pros:

El hotel queda en la subida camino al View Point de Goreme. Es el tipico hotel cueva con terrazas de Capadocia. Ambientado al mejor estilo de la zona.
Mi habitación (triple) era super amplica, comoda y grande. Cada habitación tiene su propia terraza/mesita de donde se ve una vista increible. Esta en la zona donde se observa todo Goreme de lejos y se ve en la colina al castillo de Uzchisar lo que hace un atardecer y anochercer INCREIBLE.
El desayuno en si estuvo correcto siendo un tipico desayuno turco con más variedad de salado que de dulce (las chicas de la cocina una genias!).

Lo mejor: la calidez, el compromiso, la hospitalidad y el trato de los dueños. Nos atendieron de 10, intentaron en todo momento comunicarse con el traductor (ellos hablan turco e ingles, pero no español). Siempre fueron muy amables con mi padre que presentaba un problema en la pierna.
La amplitud de las habitaciones, las terrazas y LA VISTA! Además subiendo todas las escaleras tenes una terraza compartida con sillones y mesa para ver el atardecer, sin la necesidad de ir a otro lado.
El precio- calidad- servicio es perfecto!

Cons:

Para mejorar: el espacio del desayuno ya que es muy chico, se aglomera gente y el espacio entre mesa y mesa es muy incomodo. Nada que perjudique la estadia pero seria el "punto" a mejorar por decir algo.

When I checked in, my credit card was charged by the bank but the hotel didn’t receive the money. I requested to pay cash later coz I need to further check with my bank on the root reason and request return the money. The boss of the hotel Metin was very nice and friendly. He quickly arranged the accommodation for us so that my old parents could have a rest as soon as possible. Later on, when I paid the cash, Metin left his name card to me and told me “pls feel free to let me know if the credit card is still charged few days later. I will help you to contact my bank.” Thanks, Metin!

Friendly, unique cave home stay
Pros:

Property owner and his family were very welcoming. They would go above and beyond to help their guests. The property owner also took the time and effort to greet all
his guests during breakfast. It was also very near the sunrise and sunset viewpoint.

The breakfast provided is also great! We managed to try such a wide assortment of Turkish food thanks to the breakfast spread.
