Pros:

The room was comfortable. The air purifier.

Cons:

The view was of a fire escape in a corner. The breaker for the hot water was switched off. I had to do that myself. No soap to wash your hands. Very little space for toiletries.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff. the free airport transfer is a nice bonus.

Cons:

Could use better or extra curtains. It’s light in the room now when the sun comes up around 5am which is not great if you arrive with a jetlag.

Worth the money!!
Pros:

Location - this is in the city center so very convenient if you booked tour activities. Instant hot shower, strong water pressure, comfortable beds, clean linens, towels, bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast (yummy!!!) and airport transfer.

Cons:

Nothing! I love it!

Wonderful.
Pros:

The staff is what I'd like to comment on. The manager and Filipina at desk were two of the most wonderful people on this earth. Went way way beyond their duties to help me with an airline situation that saved me thousands. I cannot thank them enough, karma will be good to you both and I will not ever forget your kindness.
