Rustig hotel niet ver van de snelweg
Pros:

Heerlijke bedden, goed geslapen. Prima ontbijt in de gaststube. Het hotel is niet ver weg van de snelweg waardoor het een prima overnachtingshotel is op weg naar Oostenrijk. Aan de Main en in het plaatsje kun je rustig nog even een wandeling maken.

Goed voor op doorreis
Pros:

Voor het overnachten prima, de kamer en badkamer waren netjes en redelijk schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, we kregen gelukkig een ventilator

Ik dacht dat het ontbijt €15 per persoon was voor de 2 dagen maar ik vond het erg duur per nacht voor een paar broodjes, we zaten al bijna op €70 voor 3 personen… achteraf was ik liever naar een supermarkt gereden en daar had ik heel veel broodjes voor €0,20 per stuk kunnen halen en een flesje jus ‘d orange met een toetje… verder vond ik de lui buiten een beetje luidruchtig die de voetbal wedstrijd van Duitsland aan het kijken waren. Er was geen airconditioning in de kamer en het was erg heet snachts ondanks de ventilator en het doucheputje zat verstopt. Het bed lag erg pijnlijk, ik heb veel last van mijn rug gekregen.

Passt, falls notwendig, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Erinnert ein bisschen an ein Museum, toll dekoriert mit vielen Gemälden, Bildern und alten Gebrauchsgegenständen. An der Anmeldung gibt es auch kalte Getränke inkl. Bier und Wein. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank befand sich auch in unserem Zimmer. Alle Fenster waren mit Sonnenschutz versehen und auch ein Ventilator fehlte nicht. Sehr gutes klassisches Frühstück, das allen entsprechenden Wünschen entgegen kommt.
Zu empfehlen ist auch das Gasthaus am örtlichen Fußballplatz mit köstlicher lokaler und indischer Küche.

Eine Anmerkung:
Wenn sie mit dem GPS/Navi zu der Unterkunft fahren sollten sie folgendes beachten: Mainstockheim liegt am Main, genau gegenüber von Albertshofen. In den Orten gibt es keine Brücke über den Main, aber eine Fähre. Von Westen her kommend ist das egal. Wenn sie von Osten kommen und die Fähre nicht benutzen wollen, sollten sie ihr Gerät entsprechend konfigurieren, denn diese Fähre ist definitiv die kürzeste Verbindung zwischen beiden Orten.
Unter den Links finden sie die Betriebszeiten - ACHTUNG, es haben nur zwei PKW's Platz.

Wir haben die Benutzung der Fähre als angenehme Abwechsung eines langen Reisetages empfunden. Der Preis von 2,2€ für einen PKW und zwei Personen ist geradezu ein Schnäppchen.

Cons:

15€ pro Person für das Frühstück könnte etwas billiger sein - für uns war das schon OK

Rigtigt hyggeligt autentisk gammelt hotel. Masser af spændende detaljer. Nyt badeværelse i guld, med spændende lys og ur i spejlet.
Yderst behjælpelig receptionist, der tog imod os i døren, og viste os op på værelset.
