Straff is very nice .

We booked the hotel before 2 pm . But they said wait until 4:57pm . Customer issues and cleaning.

Other than that, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and main shopping areas. The staffs especially the lady were extremely helpful in providing requests. Value for money.

Cons:

The bed was somewhat noisy and creaked when moving during the night.

Cons:

In wash room the hangers provided for keeping clothes were kept at the height of 6 feet.
So no place in the washroom available for keeping our towels and clothes.
Further the cleaning staffs were frequently occupying the lift .They keep lift open in particular floors until they finished their work in the particular floor.
It cause inconvenience to the occupants.
We kept more than half an hour for checking in.
It is a very bad experience.
Even though they called us .
When we reached hotel.
The room under cleaning .

Pros:

There was a receptionist who, besides being beautiful, was very kind and attentive; unfortunately, I don't remember her name.

Cons:

The breakfast staff couldn't have been ruder and more unfriendly. Furthermore, the food, besides having very few options, was visibly stale, with day-old bread and things like that. The table was dirty, and the jams were dirty too—disgusting.
