Pros:

Staff are very friendly, easy to communicate and helpful.

Cons:

Cleanliness very bad the bathroom floor very dirty and mattress worn out.

Pros:

Location is near T Nagar market

Cons:

Very cramped Room.
Facilities need upgrading , Shower needed repairs only then it started working.
No kitchen or restaurant.
were warned of fines if any food stains.
Non cooperative as no provision made for any sort of packed bfst ( we had a not-so- early flight and checked out at 7am)

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is excellent for shopping, with both T. Nagar and Pondy Bazaar within easy walking distance. In just 2–3 minutes, you can find everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and local markets.

The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and genuinely go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. For example, they were even kind enough to lend their own phone charger when needed, which was a thoughtful touch.

The only downside is that access may be a little difficult for some guests, as there are a few steps to climb to reach the ground floor. However, the staff are always happy to assist with luggage. The road outside can also be quite congested, with vehicles parked on both sides, and the area can be dusty with pavements often occupied by shops.

Overall, a convenient place to stay, especially if shopping and accessibility to T. Nagar and Pondy Bazaar are your priorities.

i didnt like anything in this trip.

Cons:

Room and bedheets are not clean. mosqitoues in the room. dust in the room. No hygeine in bedsheets and beds.
matress are old with broken spring beds Overall bad and no quality in bed and room

Other than that, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and main shopping areas. The staffs especially the lady were extremely helpful in providing requests. Value for money.

Cons:

The bed was somewhat noisy and creaked when moving during the night.

We booked the hotel before 2 pm . But they said wait until 4:57pm . Customer issues and cleaning.
