Pros:

big and clean hotel, clean rooms

Cons:

there was a private event in the bar and restaurant without begin informed upfront, otherwise I would have booked another hotel, so It wasn't possible to drink or eat something. You pay full price, but only got 50% of the hotel. I also booked the hotel on 'charging your car' option, but the parking garage was full, so charging wasn't possible.

Nice hotel, some details were missing
Pros:

The hotel is nice and modern.

Cons:

I had troubles with the luggage as I was carrying 3 suitcases and no one was able to help me. Breakfast is too expensive. The room was a bit narrow and there were not amenities at all.

Unser neues Lieblingshotel für Frankfurt!
Pros:

Einfach noch mal eine Klasse besser als andere Hotels in der Gegend! Sehr stilvolle, große Zimmer und große, sehr gemütliche Betten, ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit enormer Auswahl und Qualität. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Am Empfang wurden wir nach unseren Wünschen gefragt und diese voll umgesetzt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einfach sehr schön, ich finde die Lösung mit dem Glas -„Balkon“ sehr gelungen. So kann man ganz öffnen, hat viel Licht und schöne Aussicht.
Hervorragendes WLAN, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, ein Kühlschrank und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten.

Cons:

Auch mit längerem Nachdenken fällt mir nichts ein… Höchstens, dass Sonntag Abend das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen waren (was für die wenigen Gäste auch nicht rentabel wäre) und wir durch den Regen zu einem der Restaurants in der Nähe mussten. Dafür gab es aber am Eingang direkt Regenschirme zum ausleihen! Was will man mehr!

Pros:

We stayed here on our first day and loved it so much that we rebooked! The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The Nordic sauna was the perfect remedy for flight fatigue, and the spacious underground garage made parking our rental car stress-free. Highly recommended!

A Noisy Stay
Pros:

The shampoo in the shower smelled nice! I wish I could think of more positive things to say!

Cons:

It was not a peaceful stay. Two nights in a row I could hear loud party music as if from a bar or club near the hotel, or perhaps it was even coming from the hotel, I’m not sure, but I wish the windows could have blocked that noise better. There were also very loud noises frequently coming into my room from the hallway. The soundproofing was very poor and definitely needs to be improved. There was a stale, sour smell on the sixth floor of the hotel where my room was. The AC was just okay during my stay, and I am not sure if it would be that effective on very hot days. There were sometimes fluctuations in the shower temperature. I was informed at check-in that there would be a mandatory cleaning on the third day of my stay. I don’t think cleaning should be mandatory if the guest does not require it, and fortunately when I messaged them later about it they agreed to cancel the mandatory cleaning as I really needed to stay in and rest on that day.
