Pros:

This is my second time to choose Olvia Suites.
Excellent location, close to busy bus station, metro station is not very far. The street in front of the hotel is very small and quiet, but few steps further down is very busy area. Very safe, very clean hotel, staff very polite and friendly.

Cons:

I have nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The deluxe suite was clean enough, spacious, and front desk staff were nice. Location was fine, as it was within walking distance to a bus station and area was safe.

Cons:

On the first night, we were given a room that we did not book. We arrived after reception had closed and were left with a keycard to Room 203 (Twin/Double Room). This is a smaller room and has less amenities than our original booking.

We had to call the emergency line to ask what happened with our original booking. They explained that it was possibly due to an issue with the booking system, and we were given another room because the original one was not ready or clean for check-in that night.

While they were apologetic about the situation and tried to make it right by having the room ready for us in the morning, offering free breakfast, and refund of room price difference (all were honored) — we still found the situation disappointing and unacceptable.

This type of mismanagement is something the hotel needs to significantly make improvements on. Other reviewers have stated they were also given a completely different room over the original booking. After experiencing it firsthand, I would take those concerns more seriously. It’s odd and unprofessional that the guest has to reach out themselves for an explanation and for recourse, rather than the business promptly informing the guest when there’s an issue with their booking.

The room we were temporarily given the first night was uncomfortable. Room was damp, and the only way to rid it was run the AC or open the window, which cannot be used if you’d rather hear people talking, yelling, or smoking outside. We were woken up several times from outside noise, even with the windows closed, and from other guests slamming the doors.

Overall would not recommend this hotel. The 4 star rating is misleading, and feels more like a 1 or generous 2 star. If you need an affordable option, then the only room I recommend is the Deluxe Suite. Otherwise I would avoid as there are much better options elsewhere. The prices are low for a reason, and what the hotel offers in experience speaks to that price point.

Perfect for long business trips
Pros:

Perfect location behind a main boulevard with close proximity to supermarkets and public transportation, a hearty breakfast being served in the room everyday, friendly and hospitable staff who had even prepared coffee prior to my departure, and having a small spare room in the apartment that allowed me to use it as a dressing room, all made the stay comfortable and stress free.

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, περιποιημένο και πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό και η κυρία που καθαρίζει πολύ καλή. Κοντά στη στάση του λεωφορείου

Το στρώμα το διπλό κρεβάτι βουλιαζε απίστευτα και καταλάβαινες το πλαίσιο του κρεβατιού στη μέση. Τα ποτήρια που υπήρχαν για να φτιάξεις καφέ μέσα στο δωμάτιο είχαν σκόνες. Στο πρωινό ο χυμός ήταν έτοιμος όχι φυσικός και δεν υπήρχε τπτ ολικής στα προϊόντα. Έκλεισα το πρωί το δωμάτιο και το μεσημέρι που έφτασαν εκεί δεν είχα λάβει τον κωδικό σε μειλ. Ευτυχώς ήταν η κυρία που καθαρίζει και μου άνοιξε αλλιώς θα εμένα απ' έξω.

Atenas de maravilla.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy atento, amable y servicial. Nos permitieron dejar 2 maletas en lo que hicimos un viaje de 4 días por las islas griegas.
Peter siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros con una excelente actitud, ayudándonos en todo lo que estuvo a su alcance.

A nice stay in Athens!
Pros:

An early check in was offered at 8:00 am at no additional cost which was much appreciated, the room was clean and everything was okay …Coffee was offered in the morning at the reception!

Cons:

Its a bit tiring to walk everyday to the metro station but at the end , we got used to it !

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αθήνας και με πάρκιν ακριβώς απέναντι από την είσοδο .

Cons:

Πολύ μικρός χώρος με μεγάλα παράθυρα τα οποία τις πρωινές ώρες δεν υπάρχει κάποια λύση για πλήρη συσκότηση του δωματίου!

Pros:

В целом отель понравился, комната очень маленькая, при этом есть все необходимое, мы даже смогли приготовить себе завтрак, потому что кроме сэндвичей в ближайших кафе ничего не нашли. Есть минимальный набор посуды, чайник, чай/кофе/сахар. Рядом супермаркет, остановка автобуса, который идет в аэропорт, здание банка, несколько кафе, кинотеатр. Чуть дальше - KFC, Starbacks, но время работы у всех разное. До станции метро идти минут 10-15 ну и в целом до центра и основных достопримечательной надо будет подъехать. Горячая вода была всегда. Удобная бесконтактная система заселения, ежедневная уборка, есть кондиционер.

Cons:

Рядом находится несколько заброшенных и разрушенных зданий, приезжали вечером, поэтому было страшновато, туда ли мы вообще попали. Плохо открываются и закрываются окна.
