Pros:

Βολική τοποθεσία, έχεις γύρω πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ κλπ. Σε 10 λεπτά είσαι στο μετρό.

Cons:

Το δίκλινο δωμάτιο είναι αρκετά μικρό. Η τουαλέτα είναι εντελώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι. Όλη η γειτονιά έχει θέμα με κατσαρίδες, αν κ νομίζω όλη η Αθήνα πλέον το καλοκαίρι...

Πεντακάθαρο και άνετο δωμάτιο, ιδανικό για ζευγάρι. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά σε σταθμούς μετρό και μαγαζιά για νυχτερινή έξοδο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα σε επιπλέον παροχή που χρειαστήκαμε. Θα το συνιστούσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα!

Nog één verdieping met de trap te doen naar de kamer, kamer kon niet goed verduisterd worden, constant lawaai van duiven en helemaal geen uitzicht. Zogezegde kitchenette was niets waard.

Pros:

Super-friendly staff, great location
Both owners and Christina make you feel like home.

Cons:

Parking was very convenient and well-priced. A 6' delay, though, was charged €10. It was mostly my fault, and the parking is not theirs, just a company they collaborate.
This is the only reason I didn't give a '10'.

Ottima base per visitare Atene
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, metro a 7 min a piedi, zona residenziale ma con diversi locali nelle vicinanze. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, la struttura è moderna e ben tenuta. Anastasia ottima host, molto gentile e prodiga di informazioni.

Pros:

O quarto era agradável, mas não foi o que escolhi no momento da reserva.

Cons:

Infelizmente sentia-se cheiro a xixi no quarto, a casa de banho muito pequena ficava mesmo em frente á cama.

Não deixaram o pequeno almoço para o dia a seguir e estava incluído.

Mencionei que o meu voo era ás 8.40 a única coisa que disponibilizaram foi umas fatias de pão de forma, umas compotas e um copo de sumo que nós pediram para ir buscar á cave.

Alertando que estávamos a ser filmados quando nos deslocamos á cave😅.

O nosso voo atrasou muito e só chegamos a Atenas ás 20.10 já ninguém se encontrava na recepção.
Ligamos, a pessoa foi simpática mas não teve a amabilidade de preparar qualquer coisa para nos deixar.
Mesmo vendo que íamos chegar tarde.
Enfim foi um pouco decepcionante.

As janelas precisam urgentemente de ser limpas a sujidade era tanta que nem se conseguia ver a rua.
O lixo do cliente anterior ficou no balde da casa de banho.
